The location is wonderful and the breakfast was above what we expected. The front desk staff was always friendly and helpful. The only negative was asking for towels everyday, and no housekeeping for 6 days. I removed our towels, replaced with new ones, and took out daily trash. Also, extra charges for parking were high. Just seems unnecessary to charge over $20 a day for parking our car, especially when there was free parking right next to the hotel.

Honestly a little surprised by the high rating this property has on Expedia especially considering the premium rate they charge, mid April it was nearly $1600 CAD for 2 nights for a standard room. Great location and views, helpful staff but that was the only good thing about our stay here. Room felt very stale, dimly lit, and dated, my family was having sinus issues soon after entering the room. Appeared to have been a long while since a deep-clean had happened to the room. Shower in our room had no hot water, were given a room key for a different room on a different floor for showering (that room had different beds so couldn’t just switch rooms.) Ended up cancelling the second night we were supposed to spend here, hotel staff and Expedia were helpful ensuring we received our refund for our second night.

We loved staying here. The location is right in the heart of all the shops and restaurants. The grounds are incredible with the most amazing views. The rooms are dated and need a remodel. Small things like new carpet or new cushions on the chairs would make it feel less dated. The staff was helpful and nice. The breakfast was also great with many options including gluten free. I would stay here again.

This was our 1st time in Sedona & the location was great! Lots of shopping & restaurants. Less than a 15 minute walk to Visitors Center.

The location is gray for walking to shops and restaurants. Rooms are old bathroom very small and toilet doesn’t flush right needed to call plumber. Overpriced for old hotel needs updating

Gourmet coffee for 24/7. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Very convenient. Also nice to have a lil grassy area for my puppy to go potty.

The suite we rented was clean but basic, no Kleenex, no paper towels in the kitchen, skimpy towels in the bathroom. The furniture was worn. I expected better for the money it cost us.

Great location in uptown Sedona, right in the middle of shops and places to eat. This property also has rooms with spectacular mountain views from the balconies and we really enjoyed this aspect. The hotel is sadly out of date, however, and really needs to be remodeled, especially at the prices being charged ($900 for a 2-night Saturday to Monday stay). The room furnishings are really worn, and there is an iPod docking station on the bedside table!!! That's how old and out of date this place is. Breakfast was slightly better than average. No in-room safe. The fridge was not working that well, either.

Was not notified there was a parking charge and billed to my credit card without knowledge. Called and refused to credit the $20.

Overall good. Great views from our balcony. The location was great. The breakfast was not good. The eggs were cold and runny. The sausage was undercooked. Didn’t expect much from a hotel breakfast but this was below average. Also didn’t like the extra charge for parking.

Great views and perfect location for walking to Sedona restaurants and shops. However, the rooms are getting run down with old carpets, slow draining sinks and tub. The employees do a good job of cleaning the rooms and maintaining the property but it’s getting old and tired. Breakfast is free but not great. We are the free breakfast once and decided we’d rather pay for a better breakfast and eat elsewhere.

We had two very expensive rooms with a fantastic view. Unexpectedly, we had to leave a day early. We are refused our money back for two rooms for one night for not being there?! We would have given this 5 stars, but this problem changed our viewpoint.

We had an excellent stay. The hotel was clean, breakfast was hot and delicious, location was perfect, and the club house amenities were amazing. We’d definitely stay here again!

Location is great! It’s minutes from the entrance to the park. The hotel has lots of activities including bowling! Great place for families. Bathroom is a bit tight with multiple people getting ready.

Location and view are terrific. Nice to have a deck to enjoy the amazing Sedona sunrise. Breakfast area well stocked and cheery staff help start the day. Awsome clubhouse with games and pool table, air-hockey etc. even has 2 racquetball courts!

Only thing we did not like was the water wasn’t hot enough in the shower- had to wait 5 minutes for warm water and even then was turned up as hot as it could go and never was really too hot
