Ik vond het een hele fijne accommodatie in het centrum. Alles op loopafstand, perfect! Mooi en nieuw hotel. Leuke bar ook. Alleen de kamer vond ik voor een superior kamer klein, donker en simpel.

Ce que j'ai pas apprécié le mini bar est payant alors c'est le cas avec d'autres concurrents. J'ai pas été informé à l'accueil. Par contre j'avais chambre de luxe dans un hôtel à Paris mais le mini bar était compris dans le forfait.

Great property. Very very central. The 50minutes included in the spa a great plus. Great service. Great breakfast. Nice bar in the evening with Cuban latin music. Rooms are France small. So is the elevator. We had a great time - recharging the batteries.

The check in was complicated because the credit card machine to put a hold on the card, didn’t work. I had to go back. The room was really tiny but other than that all good. The hotel is at 3 min from the train station so its location is very strategic.

The Best Western Crystal Palace in Nancy was an easy walk from the train station. It was perfect for walking to shopping nearby or for heading to Stanislas Square for sightseeing or dining. The staff was great and very friendly.
