Das Essen war leider sehr schlecht, besonders das Frühstück. Auch der Service kann deutlich verbessert werden.

No real beach view and it isn’t a beach hotel. The food was good and the staff were friendly.

Struttura accogliente e curata, un pò di approssimazione nella pulizia delle camere. Cibo buono ma poco vario e soprattutto pensato quasi esclusivamente, sia come qualità che come orari, per la clientela tedesca. Unica pecca, pochissima organizzazione per intrattenimento ospiti.

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour, l’équipe a été au top tous les jours et toutes les activités proposées par l’hôtel était super !!

Sehr schönes Hotel. Familienzimmer noch nicht saniert aber trotzdem in sehr gutem Zustand. Professionelles Personal, aufmerksam, fleissig und loial. 3x am Tag abwechslungsreiches Buffet.

Staff (5*), Hotel (3.5*), Meals (2*) Negative start, we booked a superior double and we got a single with a small double against the wall (2nd person crawls on the bed), 1 side table, 1 coffee ☕ confirmed it was a single. Positive, Robert arranged an upgrade (extra cost). Appreciated upgrade but disappointed with the original room allocation. The staff were awesome (Stella, Joanna, Nassos and Djemalie Facilities as expected, communal toilets clean, bar was on occasion busy and pool loungers were usually booked by 10am (European guests booking loungers before breakfast😒😒). General: Loads of shops and restaurants close by and Malia strip is walkable. Sunsets on the beach are worth the evening walk. A few noisy or inconsiderate male guests but they calmed down when no one paid attention. If meals were improved this is a hotel I would revisit. Con: Meals were just ok 🙁 There's a selection and meal theme varied but nothing made you feel like having seconds. Some days it was difficult to find something you wanted to eat. We ate lunch out most days in small village taverns and that was 😋 Breakfast varied but fried eggs are not served daily, when they were they were slow cooked in oil not fried As with most buffets people waste a lot of food. The a la carte meal was better than buffet but again felt like it was missing something. Again the team serving were the high point, dishes were served fairly quickly and drinks topped up.

It was so lovely and one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at, I will absolutely be back again !!

Tout était conforme aux attentes. Rien a redire.

Hôtel très beau et personnel très gentil par contre chambre familiale à rafraîchir (deux fuites et propreté moyenne) et pas d insonorisation donc assez bruyant des 7h30 du matin. Pas d animation et quasi que des allemands donc pour les enfants Français dommage.

Le camere sono spaziose e ristrutturate di recente. Buona la pulizia.La nostra camera dava sulla piscina dove c'è il bar quindi un po' rumorosa anche a tarda notte,per noi non era un problema ma la sconsiglierei a chi ha il sonno leggero. Il cibo è buono, di tipo internazionale con proposte anche di piatti locali ma sicuramente più in linea con i gusti di inglesi e tedeschi ( la maggior parte degli ospiti sono infatti inglesi e tedeschi,pochi italiani)Il personale è gentile e pronto ad aiuture per qualsiasi necessità. Esperienza più che positiva.

Das Personal ist super freundlich. Die Umgebung bietet schöne Ausflugmöglichkeiten und das Hotel hat alles, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub benötigt.

Une grande chambre a côté de la piscine au calme. Le personnel est prevenant, acceuillant et discret, petit plus pour Aris, charmant. Un buffet avec beaucoup de plats differents, tout le monde trouvera son bonheur, un petit moins pour les desserts, pas vraiment à mon goût. Sinon c'est un bel hôtel à 20 mn a pied de centre du village. On a vraiment aimé. Claire et Regis
