This was a good hotel to stay before our flight. Just 25 mins from the airport. Nice room facing the sea. Nice pool. The buffet for dinner was good.

We got here late and left early so couldn’t take advantage of our booking at this beautiful place. Gorgeous staff but they were a little uncaring about our driver - some hotels provide accommodation for the driver- love to see that happen here.

We booked through Expedia as a Platinum client, which means I should receive an upgrade if available. However, when we arrived, the staff falsely claimed I had been upgraded, but the room was exactly the same as what I had originally booked. This was misleading and disappointing. Dinner at the hotel restaurant was excellent, but lunchtime was a different story. I ordered a mild curry, but the chef made it extremely spicy. When he came out to apologize, he admitted that he assumed I could handle the heat because I “look Indian”—despite me specifically requesting mild. This was not only unprofessional but also completely unacceptable. On top of that, my food took so long to arrive that I eventually decided not to eat or order anything else. It’s clear why many guests loudly voiced their frustrations with the restaurant. Housekeeping did a moderate job—nothing exceptional, but at least the basics were covered. Overall, this hotel has potential, but major improvements are needed, especially in honesty from the staff, restaurant service, and overall guest experience. Until then, I wouldn’t recommend dining in or expecting premium service.

I only stayed 1 night before a flight but no complaints. Pool and beachfront area amazing and staff were very friendly and helpful. Top floor room with views of ocean were great. I may have received the upgrade but wasn’t verbally mentioned so don’t want to be unfair. Recommend as a pre flight hotel to any traveller.

Dette var et meget dejligt hotel, der virkeligt løftede landets gennemsnit. Morgenmaden var lige hvad hjertet begærede og servicen var tilpas med god hjælp Dette hotel ville jeg vælge igen. Good from far

Really nice hotel, the buffet was good and the location was fantastic. I would say that the decor is a little shabby/dated for a 5 star hotel, but the service here was great so that shouldn't put you off. For the price, I thought it was very fair.

Helt fantastisk hotell litt utenfor sentrum og rett på stranden. Med svømmebasseng, bar og restaurant . Rommene har fantastisk sjøutsikt og du får se en nydelig solnedgang derfra. Kjempe bra service på alle hold.

The hotel was very nice and clean, the staff were so helpful. We enjoyed the location as it was easy to walk to the shops, restaurants and the beach.

Beachfront and beautifully maintained. Excellent customer service by all staff. Very spacious rooms. Loved the room servive replacement of fresh towels comoared to other hotels. Check in time could be faster knowing that you are expecting the customers especially after a long travel.

Beach Front hotel with multiple bars and restaurants, spa and gym!

Vi havde en enkel overnatning som slutning på en længere rejse. Det var et dejligt sted til at slappe af og en god morgenmadsbuffet.

good except weird bathroom layout lacks privacy

This is not a five star hotel as advertised. Three star is a stretch. Hotel is tired and needs updating. Service was great. Expedia VIP extras didn’t work or help.

Nice pool. Nice ocean, too, but too choppy at the moment, Very good breakfast and excellent coffee.
