Great stay, convenient location for Hampton Court. Breakfast was good plenty of options and good quality.

Just too hot. No air con. Didn’t get much sleep. Good breakfast.

Nice hotel, food good parking adequate

We did not receive a proper welcome. We were given our room cards with a note of room number and car exit code, but no verbal confirmation or directions, nor were we asked if we would like to open an account with which to put drinks, etc on our room. A smile would have been nice. I don’t blame the young lady as she appears not to have been trained at the most important job. The South African lady in the bar was excellent, and a credit to the hotel.

Family visit. Hotel was ok , room quite small. Breakfast ok. Bar service was good but some bar seating needs renewing badly eg couches.

Very clean hotel. Bed was ok. Price was very reasonable. I would stay again if I was in the area.

Everything was perfect only criticism I would make was there was no non slip mat in bath so could not have shower. As only overnight it was fine but feel non slip mat should be standard

Service charge put on restaurant bill automatically, not asked first. Cold water in room was warm.

Night staff were not too helpful

I was impressed with the size of the room as it was for one person.My son lives in Weybridge and I have been using this hotel for a number of years, It has improved in the last year.

Ideal location in Weybridge.

All really good apart from noise from bar below, creaky floor above and people in a neighbouring room yelling at each other

Just what i needed for an unfussy overnight stay

I recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. The cleanliness was absolutely terrible. The room had an unpleasant odor as soon as I walked in, which made it difficult to feel comfortable. The bathroom door didn’t even close properly, which was both frustrating and inconvenient. For the price I paid, I expected far better quality and upkeep. Overall, it was an unacceptable experience, and I won’t be returning or recommending this hotel to others.

I needed somewhere to overnight for 2 nights and for the price, this was perfectly nice.
