On a hot day in summer, no air con even in an 'exec room'. tired hotel, tiny shower standing in a bath

This is a decent place for an overnight stay- however the one thing to bear in mind is there is NO AIR CONDITIONING. I stayed on the hottest day of the year and quite honestly the rooms were like saunas--literally. it was unbearably hot. I had some cheese and chocolate with me and by morning it was all melted to mush, it was that warm. So just be aware this is an issue here if its warm outside

I booked here because it was available after a canceled flight and I got in after 11pm. Granted, it was a heatwave, but the room was excruciatingly hot. I put their small fan in the window and it barely helped. One desk lamp worked. The other did not. None of the light switches worked, including the one for the bathroom. Good thing I had a flashlight. The shower door was coming off it's tracks. Otherwise, the place was great! I didn't have time for the breakfast, which was 29 pounds!

Plenty of parking. The room was comfortable and warm. I ate in the restaurant and the service and food were good.

The hotel felt a little run down. And the credit card only restrictions caused me many problems.

Nice character building. Room was spacious, clean and a bonus having a bath tub in the bathroom. Staff was friendly throughout my stay and a welcome letter was appreciated. I didn’t make use of the in-house restaurant and bar facilities but it’s nice it’s available.

Well positioned and great staff

Very conveniently located for centre of Weybridge and several cafes and restaurants. Allowed to check in early which was very efficiently done. Good blackout curtains in room. No convenient soap provided for a bath as dispenser was locked into a container for the sink. Additional charge for parking in hotel car park disappointing - we managed to find free parking on the street nearby.

A nice friendly hotel. Great staff, comfortable accommodation and a good breakfast. Plenty of local eating and drinking options within a few minutes walking distance.

Clean hotel, good location. Only down sides are the on site parking is no longer free and the matress is a little hard for my liking.

Annoyed because had to pay for parking, which was not the case on previous visit.expensive for the quality of hotel.

The staff and room was ok but when the fire alarm went off at six in the morning nobody gave us any information only to say it was probably a false alarm as it had happened twice before recently. The food menu wasn’t very good.

Really friendly staff, super clean room, food was also lovely. Would recommend!

1 Night, Nice stay, staff lovely, convenient for my meeting, would stay again, it is dated a little but most Best Westerns are but is mirrored by being a bit cheaper.

I'd made a complete mess up with my original booking having pre-paid with no refunds, however the hotel kindly changed the dates without any penalty. On arriving, the receptionist upgraded my room for a small amount (I got both dates and room type incorrect on my initial booking!). Hotel was clean, comfortable and quiet. Parking was easy. Breakfast nice, but not very hot, however that's my only niggle. Would definitely stay again due to excellent service, comfort and close to local amenities.
