Great location , very central, convenient and walkable to all key attractions. The hotel is 10 mins from Bern train station, there are many shopping and restaurants/cafes options. The room is reasonably equipped and neat/tidy. The staff is very helpful.

ロケーション、設備、ホスピタリティは素晴らしい。ロビーのフリードリンクも良かった。 部屋の中に小さな段差があるので、キャリーケースが引っかかったり、転びそうになった。 シャンプー以外のアメニティが一切無いのは、四つ星ホテルとしては物足りなかった。 都心なのでやむを得ないが、夜間もホテルの周りの道路が騒がしかった。

Good location close by to train/bus depot. Central to restaurants/cafes and places of attraction. Hotel itself is modern, would recommend.

By far the best hotel we've stayed at so far! The location couldn't be better the staff was excellent and the amenities superb. Steps from the train station and right in the heart of the bustling city. Just wonderful.

We arrived a bit early before normal check-in time but the staff allowed us to early check-in so that we can get some rest after flying long distance. 5/F has a small gym for work out.

Very cozy and clean with a lot of shops, transportation, food, and tourist attractions around. This is the very centre of Bern! Beautiful and Cozy. Loved every minute there!

ベルン観光で１泊しました。 ベルンは同じような通りがあり、駅から近かったのですが、迷いました。 ウエルカムドリンクの種類が多く、食堂の利用も自由でドリンクの部屋持ち込みも可能でした。 街中散策後、食堂にてドリンクを飲みながらゆっくりすることが出来ました。

Nice room, really clean. Near the end of the corridor so the room was pretty quiet. The air conditioning worked fine. All the staff we interacted with at check-in and subsequently were super polite and helpful.
