This is a very conveniently located property. We used the parking lot in the back for about $15 which made it easy and worth it. They have a nice jacuzzi spa area downstairs to use. Room was pretty spacious. Blackout blinds could have blacked out more. Only woken up twice, at 2 and 4 by drunk people outside but it was a weekend.

Nice area in bialystok downtown and friendly staff but definitely not a 4 star quality, the washroom water pressure was really weak, i could barely shower.. and the hallway lights were broken so it was very dark, the unit is mostly carpet but it seemed very dirty.

Sono anni che vengo in questo hotel e mi sono sempre trovato bene. Purtroppo quest'ultima volta mi è successo un episodio veramente spiacevole. Durante la.notte un uomo dello staff dell hotel mi è entrato in stanza...potete immaginare lo spavento..lui ha farfugliato che doveva verificare qualcosa nella doccia, ha aperto il soffione e poi se ne è andato...e io ovviamente non ho piu dormito. Ho raccontato l'episodio al mattino al check out, si sono molto scusati..ma non hanno saputo darmi una spiegazione...

Overall very nice experience

L' hotel è datato, la pulizia della camera poteva essere migliore. L' insonorizzazione della stanza non delle migliori.

Hotellet var veldig sentralt i byen, kort avstander.

Excellent hotel en plein cœur de la vieille ville. Un peu bruyant à cause de la circulation et des gens qui font la fête dans la rue, mais on peut toujours fermer les fenêtres. J'ai boycotté le petit-déjeuner dont le prix m'a paru excessif.

Very good hotel with excellent restaurant

It has been 5 years since I have been here. Previous to COVID we came every year or so. The property is always clean. Service is exceptional. Stafford pleasant. The only place I stay when we're in Białystok.

Vi skulle egenligt kun have haft en overnatning, men tog en ekstra. Hotellet ligger perfekt i byen, personalet var venlige og værelserne store og dejlige. Kommer gerne igen
