It started off with check in at 4. Our room wasn’t ready until 5:40. So we had to wait with a toddler for nearly 2 hours.
(We did get a free drink voucher each for the inconvenience)
When we got into the room, there were footprints on the couch and some kind of dried spillage on the floor.
On top of that, there was only 1 bed in the room despite booking for 2 adults and 1 child.
The sleep through the night was horrific, I can only compare it to trying to sleep in the Australian outback at the height of summer.
I had to open the sliding doors into the car park at 1AM and cool the room down so my son could sleep.
One of these things wasn’t too bad, it was the fact they all happened. I could nitpick at other things too, but there’s no point.
The staff were as helpful as they could be in their situation.
