This is a difficult question as it wasn't excellent but its bad either id say it was pleasant staffing mainly helpful one a little bit lacking in patience as I've some difficulties im remember information...i would stay herr again but the price is top end not really justified but i accept cost of living is at tough times for everyone...i would of preferred the Christmas tree and decorations been put away but they were still up on 10th January. Coffees could be better and my room didn't have tea or coffee facilities that for me is important although you can get from reception but it could be included in room price its a basic need especially after arrival of a long tiring day i would like that included but i was greatful for breakfast being included thats great

Personnel très aimable, bon petit déjeuné et chambre confortable, je recommande.

Hôtel familial bien situé avec un parking. Dans son jus , vintage et très bon rapport qualité prix. Petit déjeuner bon et varié. On peut se rendre en bus jusqu'à la Citta Altta. Et en redescendre à pied en 40 mns. Personnel gentil.

Albergo molto bello. Magari un po' vecchiotto come stile (il bagno sembrava quello della nonna) ma estremamente piacevole, pulito e confortevole. Ampia possibilità di parcheggio e autobus comodi. Ottima colazione e personale gentilissimo e disponibile. Unico neo la rumorosità dell'impianto idraulico, ma magari era un problema solo della mia colonna! Ad ogni modo ci tornerei senza dubbio ed è certamente da consigliare.

Mukavalla tavalla retro hotelli, jossa oli ystävällinen palvelu. Ullakkohuoneemme oli sopivan kokoinen ja siisti. Jopa kokolattiamatto, joka ei kuulu suosikkeihimme, oli ok. Terassi oli iso, ja sänky hyvä. Ainoa miinus oli tosi kapea kylpyamme, jossa oli vaikea käydä suihkussa kastelematta koko kylpyhuonetta. Aamiainen oli meille riittävän monipuolinen, vaikka tuoreita kasviksia ei buffetpöydässä juuri ollutkaan. Lähiympäristön kauppa- ja ravintolatarjonta oli suppeahko, mutta pienen kävelymatkan päästä niitä löytyi runsaasti.

The hotel is located close to the train station, which is great. The staff were great and friendly. But the room was stinking of a cigarette smoke although smoking was prohibited. The shower in the room was broken. Hot water was coming through bath tap only, the shower head had low pressure for cold water and no hot water at all. The issue has been reported to the reception, hopefully it was fixed. The room number was 666, just in case.

The hotel and room was very clean and the breakfast was extremely varied to suit all tastes and nationalities. The staff were extremely attentive and friendly and answered any questions we had. Well worth the money!

Das Hotel ist ca. 10 Autominuten vom Flughafen entfernt und ca. 10 Fussminuten zur Stadt oder zum Bahnhof. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber, haben allerdings ihren eigenen Flair mit den alten Badezimmern. (Dusche = Badewanne) Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und die Rezeption ist 24/7 besetzt. :)
