Fire alarm went off at 5 AM

The property itself and staff were great, only thing I didn’t like was the street to be exit to the main road the view is blacked by brushes and it’s hard to see oncoming traffic.

A group of us was tubing the river nearby and decided to stay a night rather than drive four hours home and we are glad we did! At least for our experience, everything was great! The hot tub and pool was nice. The staff was welcoming and friendly. The beds were comfy and the room we had fit four people comfortably. However, I think it is near a railroad because we would hear a train throughout the night but besides that, we slept fine. There is multiple food options near by as well.

This hotel was one of the best in San Marcos. We stayed for my daughter’s New Student Orientation and it was only 8 minutes away from the school! The service was great as well.

This hotel and it's ataff was absolutely amazing!! They helped me out in so many ways and my stay was nice and relaxing! If you go, make sure to stop by the bar and have a couple drinks and make sure you tip the bartender!

Geart stay and very convenient location

Rooms smelled like mildew. Thermastat did not work. They never came and looked at it when we complained. Shower head was broken. We had to hold it to shower. Housekeeping was rude. We came in one night and the front desk girl had her head down sleep. Breakfast was terrible. We asked to check out after day 2 because we couldnt take it anymore but they refused to refund us so we just left. I don’t recommend them.

The staff is excellent and the food was good.

Front desk attendant and overall property was great. The only downside was the breakfast, the staff was just not able to have enough of food in the warmers. Just not organized enough but everything else was great..
