Really good location not far from Madrid train station and across thevroad from the Botanic Garden. Vibrant area with lots of dining options. Room was nice.

Perfect location and reasonably quiet for where it is. I've stayed here many times, on a different floor each time. Though the rooms are always quite different, I can rely on having the same comfortable beds, absorbent towels, and general cleanliness. Staff friendly. I think it's just me, but I always have trouble using the key to get into the building. Once I'm in, the floor and room keys don't give me any trouble. Just the key on the street is tricky, and I don't have the finesse necessary.

Staff were pleasant and helpful, room was small but clean. Location was terrific, close to the Prado, Reina Sofia and Atocha station. Lots of restaurants meant as well.

Si eliges este sitio, tendrás lo mejor, la ubicación es provilegiada, el edificio y habiatciones tienen un encanto especial. Comodas y lo necesario. Lo mejor es la atención por parte de los dueños. Desde que llegas ye reciben con calidad y calidez, me encantaria regresar solo por el momento tan agradable que tuvimos al llegar. Pude hacer check in antes sim costo porque habian preparado la habitación con anticipación. Hay restaurantes de tapas a solo 20 metros de tu habitación. El museo del Prado y Reina sofia a solo unos metros. No pude despedirme de los dueños, pero cuando vayan tengan el tiempo de reir con ellos. Hay aire acondicionado, calefacción, personal de limpieza hace la habitación diario.

Good hotel! Only issue was the WiFi. Basically unusable. Shower / bathroom was very good, good water pressure. Bed was comfortable. ¡Buen hotel! El único problema fue el wifi. Prácticamente inservible. La ducha y el baño estaban muy bien, con buena presión de agua. La cama era cómoda.

The room was clean and had good air conditioning. Check-in process was very easy and the staff were kind. We were also able to leave our luggage with them after check-out. 綺麗な部屋で、建物は少し複雑な作りですが丁寧に教えてくれました。駅や中心街から徒歩圏内なのもとても便利です。チェックアウト後に荷物を預けさせていただくこともできました。

Awesome place! Love the old building and multiple keys to open multiple large doors! The room had everything needed. It’s essentially a studio apartment without a kitchen. For the price and proximity to Pardo del Prado y Retiro, it’s perfect. Water pressure in the shower was the best I’ve seen in Spain. Worth it. Great experience

This is a low key, older Spanish style hotel. Reasonable cost, very clean, great neighborhood. Small, basic rooms. Owners seem to take pride in what they have created. Highly recommend if you want simple accommodations.

Muy buena la habitación, nos quedamos 3 personas durante 4 días, y fue muy cómoda, la ubicación es maravillosa, volvería sin dudarlo

Habitación limpia en una ubicación perfecta para moverte por Madrid. En recepción nos atendieron muy amablemente, le pedimos información que nos ayudó mucho y nos facilitó un mapa de la ciudad. Todo perfecto.

Ett fantastiskt läge i hjärtat av det bästa i Madrid. Nära till både muséerna och till många trevliga restauranger och serveringar. Rent och välhållet och personalen är vänlig. Standarden är dock mycket enkel och jag har aldrig varit på ett mera lyhört hotell. Väggarna känns som de vore av papper. Receptionen som är bemannad delar av dagen ligger på andra våningen. Vårt enkla minimala rum med fönster mot gården där vi blev störda till sent av folks pratande i rummen intill och i korridoren fick vi byta till ett större, lugnare på våningen under dagen därpå. Där sov vi bra trots att det låg mot gatan. Be om ett bättre rum direkt om du inte är nöjd!
