Room great Clean

I have asthma and for some reason the rumour was in just caused me to cough all night but other than that it was good. Close to the airport. My second visit.

Well set up and clean.

Clean room, friendly staff, bathrooms were clean, felt safe.

Good location close to airport. Street parking available. No lift but had luggage lift.

I didn’t appreciate being asked to pay for linen and then to make and strip the bed. I’m not a cleaner or room service attendant.

For folk who are planning to have an extended visit , the apartment was very convenient / well-appointed with appliances; kitchenette facilities as well as the option of laundry facilities.

It was ok

Room was clean, functional kitchenette, 2 TV's, balcony.

Very clean room, comfortable beds, big TV, everything as advertised. Surrounding area not that great in terms of reaching dining options on foot, but close if you have a car. Train tracks across the road could potentially be noisy but we weren’t bothered by them at all.

Very comfy beds which was number one for us. A few live cockroaches we had in our room we killed other than that it was all we needed at a great cost

Big Unit - clean good airconditioning. Easy to get the key from the safe and drop off keys to check out. Proximity to resturatns

Grocery store nearby. They never advertised that they had 2 sites - only 4 parking spots at the second site. No elevator but there is a luggage lift.

I had to cancel my reservation as My brother had got admitted to hospital. I emailed the property as I thought may be able to re -book the room. Requesting partial refund or change dates. The just gave me a one liner no refund policy. Pretty rude and abrasive. Will never book again. I noted they charged my account the day I booked. Also pretty rude. I was wondering if I still received my stamp as I was charged full amount. Very disappointed. Kind regards,Honey

No shower or toilet in the room so wouldn’t stay there again but it was tidy enough

Inflexible, unfriendly and selfish staff. Avoid at all costs.

Affordabe

I did not like the shared bathrooms as I had not read the advert correctly. With an elderly family member it was a little difficult.
