We booked the room and when we arrived they said they didn't have a room for us. They charged us anyway even though we didn't stay there and they said we wouldn't get charged. TOTAL SCAM

No tv service. Was nice that that had breakfast bags for us

Bed was very comfortable. Nice Manager. Nice stay for a good price. Nice old style Roadside Motel!!!

Average review for an average motel. This is neither good nor bad… Just average. It’s a place to rest your head when you need it.

Bed was a little hard

Place was clean. TV nice and large. Refrigerator works well. Fan in bathroom very noisy. Toilet didn't flush No ice available.

Great roadside motel! Clean and well maintained room. Staff was excellent and helpful. Had a morning breakfast in a bag to go, very convenient! Highly recommend.

This small hotel is worth it.. the hot water and pressure in the shower was incredible..the owner has security cameras and Mr Patel was so nice. He offers morning breakfast in bags but they were decently filled and plenty of coffee to choose from.

I have stayed at Americas Best Value Inn in Vega many times, and I am always pleased with the service. It is an older motel, and sometimes things are not perfect, but I have found that if I talk with the owner, he will fix anything. The room I stay in is always very clean and comfortable.

Beds were awful outdated. Breakfast not included

We wanted something on the way to Cadillac Ranch without ending up in Amarillo only to turn around in the morning to come back to the attraction. This affordable motel is also adorably decorated, not in a generic way, so you get that Route 66 feel. Decorative appointments are subtle, and rooms are warmly lit. My pet peeve is any lodging that uses "daylight" colored bulbs (think maximum security prison) in their fixtures instead of soft white. This location of America's Best Value Inn uses only the warmest of light, and all the fixtures in our room were working. So many lodgings have lamps that are either unplugged o burnt out. The manager was friendly and helpful, offering me a hot drink on arrival from a huge variety of K-Cup selections, including my favorite chai latte. I was grateful not to spend extra money on a hot breakfast we wouldn't enjoy. The popular selections in the fresh grab-and-go bags included fruit and granola bars along with baked goods.

Great place for an overnight stay

Convenient location. Clean, beds good. Very comfortable. I ate before I came as previous review said not much around and that was correct.

It was convenient and there isn't much around. Next time I will go to Tucumcari or Amarillo

The Man that check us in was friendly, but it was an older place and not as updated for the price. Some of the ceiling tiles was damaged and kinda looked a little neglected.

I didn't know what to expect in a remote little town. Exceeded my expectations.
