Everything was perfect. The service was great, the staff was very kind and patient. Very helpful guy on the reception. We loved the breakfast!

Excellent location just walk to the main pedestrian mall and State Opera House for all the day tours. Service is amazing as Martin remembered i needed soy milk everyday. Washing machine and dryer are good as we were spending 10 days in Austria after Spain and Portugal so needed some washing.

Stayed here four nights with my wife and two year old. Very clean and great location. No faults, would stay here again.

I was very disappointed with the hotel. The first room was next to three other rooms being painted. The fumes were intense and everywhere. I had to complain to get another room. There was no apology for the inconvenience. I have not been treated so badly.

Good: location, room size, all basic needs taken care of Less good: beds not that comfortable, mattress quality was reminiscent of a youth hostel; area is noisy at night; one window did not close properly so the room was noisier than necessary Strange: apparently an earlier guest had removed shelf boards from the closet and put them between mattress and box spring, perhaps to make the bed harder; the boards were still there, maid failed to notice them

I made an excellent choice to stay in this Hotel. Centrally located and the rooms were very comfortable and spacious. Highly recommend it!

Large room with adequate storage. 5 mins from stephansplatz and loads of eateries ans shopping. Excellent service staff who were very helpful. Would certainly stay there again whenever we are next in Vienna

Well appointed apartment. Located within easy walking of many sightseeing, shopping and dining opportunities. Unfortunately quite noisy at night due to pubs/bars nearby.

Spacious apartment with daily housekeeping. Immaculately kept and well appointed. Better than a hotel if you are an experienced traveler. 24 hour reception was knowledgeable and very helpful. We will be booking here when we return.

21-25 Aparthotel is a fantastic choice in Vienna. Located centrally, it's an easy walk to main attractions while staying quiet and peaceful. The prime position make it an ideal base for discovering the city. Great attentive service, good breakfast and rooms are spotlessly clean and the area feels very safe. We'll definitely stay here again on our next trip

Our stay was amazing. The hotel location is excellent (few minutes away from everything, the rooms are spacious and comfortable. There are not enough words to describe how friendly and helpful all the staff were.
