In need of a good clean or renovation at the very least. Tired decor. Noisy. Appliances not fully functioning.

That the staff was so beautiful and accommodating. Thank you for a great stay. We look forward to seeing you again.

The parking at this hotel is terrible you have no allocated parking and therefore can’t park near the room. Our room was upstairs and difficult to get to noisy old and expensive.

A very tired hotel room. Desperately needs a makeover - particularly the bathroom. I wish I’d taken my own pillow, as I usually do, but we were only staying for one night, so I didn’t bother - big mistake. There wasn’t a decent pillow among 6 of them in the room! The bed would be comfortable if a mattress topper was added. The restaurant was excellent though. Dinner last night was amazing as was the service. Breakfast was basic but enough.

Poorly maintained. No towels or tissues on arrival, torn drapes, dirty skirting boards, broken toilet seat, soap residue build up on bottom of shower glass, rain shower head had a build up of something discolouring it so we used the normal shower head instead and the shower drains looked dirty. Terrible value as one night cost approximately the same as two nights in an excellent hotel in Bundaberg. On a positive note the restaurant was good. Food and service was excellent.

Great location, friendly staff, but beneath the surface is a very shabby hotel. The room was just worn out and they had literally slapped some paint around to make it look brighter, but looking just a bit closer and you could see that it was extremely shoddy, even comical in some places. The room was dusty with spider webs in the corners and scuffing all over the walls. I leave my final comment for the bathroom. I am fine with an older bathroom which was clean and functional, but it smelled of old sewage. Not enough to be overpowering, but enough for you to not want to use the bathroom. It's a real pity because on the surface the hotel looks great and you can see that the staff are lovely and doing their best, but the facility needs a serious revamp.

I WAS ALLOCATED A LOFT ROOM SITUATED AT THE FRONT OF THE COMPLEX - THE ROAD NOISE CONTINUED ALL NIGHT . MOSTLY TRUCKS NEGOTIATING THE NEARBY ROUNDABOUT.

Service was exceptional and the room was clean and comfortable.

I stay in motels for work all over Australia. Best Westerns are usually a safe bet. This one was disappointing from the check in. The staff were rude. Wrong personalities for front counter. Then i checked into room - there was a huge gap above the door, like the building has had movement and the frame is not fitted to door. Road noise came in because of the gap. The bathroom has a shower curtain that had Mould on it. No bench in bathroom to put your stuff down. i could feel every spring in the bed. Really disappointing. It was however close to everything.

Staff were nice that was ok. Breakfast very poor. Gone down Hill since we last stayed there went for supposed better room was clean & nicely painted but lounge room was up fight of stairs on a little mezzanine & had to sit on a kitchen type chair not a lounge chair to read, could not go out on balcony door was screwed shut. No light switch, power point or lamp near bed. Had to cross room to turn off light & walk back in dark to bed also unable to charge phone near bed. Shower inside the bath & very hard to get in & out for me thought it dangerous. Will not stay there again.

The reception staff were not overly friendly or helpful and the room abd facilities were not with the cost of the room. I've cstayed in other motels in Tamworth with better room facilities that were cheaper. I stayed here became it was walking distance to lots of food options which was the only advantage of it.

Getting a little bit dated.

The staff were great and very helpful.
