Convenient location, wonderful staff, clean, however the bed was a bit hard, and the tv was a long way from the bed.

A really nice property very close to Sovereign Hill. You need a car to get around town but it worked really well for 4 nights.

Staff very helpful. Lost my room key and it was all sorted quickly and with no fuss. Highly recommend.

The weather was horribly cold but it was okay! Because the room has air condition and electric blanket. Also, there was a heater in the bathroom. The room was clean and spacious. I loved this place. If I'm back to Ballarat, I will definitely come back here.

Had a good trip/stay at Ballarat Suites. Comfortable with a huge bathroom and spa, A busy area of Ballarat at the time of stay but overall was good and had no complaints.

I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels for business, and this happens to be one of the nicest hotels of stating. The room is huge with everything that you could need. Has a work desk and a dining table as well as a couch. The bed was extremely comfortable. The bathroom blew me away with how big it was had two basins and a very long bench that you could have all your products. And a beautiful rainfall shower. You will not be disappointed staying here the room is extremely clean and a great location.
