What a peaceful place, you are really treated like royalty! Was a bit difficult getting hold of the hotel to make a booking. I couldn't do it on their website & didn't get responses from their email but the hotel confirmed everything through Expedia which was great. The buffets are amazing!! Really awesome place.

This hotel is beautifully located right by the Yanqi lake on a access restricted peninsula. Neighbouring the hotel is the famous convention venue for the belt road forum as well as for APEC meetings. The hotel grounds are perfectly groomed and there is even a large pagoda on the site plus several nice walking paths. The hotel is mostly geared towards business and conventions guests and is therefore rather calm and serene. The service is impeccable and most of the staff understands some English as well. Very recommended as a base for visiting the Great Wall or just to hike in the wonderful nature that surrounds the lake.

Staff fantastic, hotel great location for skiing

Location of the hotel is unbeatable, right at heart of city. a 24 hours supermarket next door and easy access to shopping & restaurants in Boston. within walking distance to the famous Boylston Street & Newberry Street. Bed is very comfortable. Bathroom a little small.
