Shower ran cold and toilet door got stuck reported this but otherwise very enjoyable stay lovely hotel will stay again

Very nice hotel,great location so close to the beach and shops as well.3 car parks and very nice breakfast. The hotel room was big,nice warm but not to great about the view .but overall nice to stay here

Large room, if a little dated. Kept very clean though and well heated. Very good food in the restaurant. Friendly staff . Excellent location for the beach and the town

Clean spacious room, we had sea view balcony which was nice, rooms perhaps a little tired but not a problem, nice to have separate toilet from bathroom. No toilet brush or extractor in toilet. Room clean, though curtain was quite marked, but not a massive issue. Bed comfortable.

Had a balcony overlooking atrium Found the hotel rather warm. Nightine uncomfortable Went with grandkids, halloween themed entertainment really good - kidszone staff amazing

Overall great get-away. Room was huge and ver comfy. Loved splashing in pool with grandson. Breakfast great.

Room was large king size bed

Excellent facilities, definitely a resort feel to the place. Great location to explore Lytham St Annes and for buses up to Blackpool. Plenty of car parking. Great breakfast buffet. Only let down was the noise from the Inter-connecting room next to us which spoiled a good night's sleep

Family friendly hotel, nice pool area.

Nice clean warm room. Well stocked tea tray. Food nice and reasonably priced. Good pool. Kids club very good. Lots to do for kids. Good singers. Staff all very pleasant and helpful, especially Ruby in the restaurant. Csnt do enough for you. We will be returning

The check in was a little bit overwhelming with lots of questions about booking for evening meal. I had breakfast this morning and an older lady from reception kept asking me my room number which i found a little bit rude

Really good hotel great for the family plenty for the kids to do good evening entertainment
