The hotel could benefit from fresh paint in many areas but the facilities are good and the service excellent.

Clean room and good breakfast, shower couldn’t make up its mind to be hot or cold or warm very stay.

Room was very large but needs updating patio doors stuck went half term with granddaughter but disappointed no entertainment on in evening even Friday night seems to be full of people all getting drunk and letting there kids run wild won't go half term again not good value for what I paid for b and b breakfast hardly anything replenished .been several times before and aways enjoyed but very let down this time

Had a fantastic 3 days in a great location overlooking the beach Lovely food Brilliant staff The room was a great size although in need of general maintenance and update to decoration

Lovely hotel that I regularly return to.Loved my spacious room with a lovely terrace.Plenty of free parking and ideal beach just across the road

This is a very tired hotel and I would not recommend. The food is not great and the bedrooms are shabby. I wanted to leave after the first night - It really needs some work. The bar and housekeeping staff were really lovely though. Please make the rooms more hospitable and improve the menu.

Bed felt broken, room very tired and extremely hot without a fan or air conditioning. Bathroom fan was covered in clumps of dust. Could hear upstairs and people around us. Hotel is very tired Breakfast manager absolutely rude and shouldn’t be in service. Lady at reception with black her very nice but all the rest are absolutely shocking

A “well used” hotel - still use actual keys for rooms (nothing wrong with that but indicates lack of updates). Shabby carpet in reception repaired with gaffer tape (not great for 1st impressions). Rooms lacking soundproofing. Can’t comment further as decided it wasn’t for me and checked out without staying - this was within 10 mins of checking in, receptionist looked perplexed but didn’t actually ask if anything was wrong. The room was clean.

My partner and I had a wonderful weekend here in room 356 a nice size room with a balcony and a sea view .Breakfast buffet style with great options.The swimming pool ,sauna and hot tub fantastic.The beach is massive and it is a nice relaxing quiet area not like Blackpool we will definitely be back here highly recommend.

Lovely hotel clean lovely view of the beach . Helpfull staff . Great pool and leisure facilities.. breakfast buffet was delicious. .allround great hotel for families .

Parking was good , room was front facing, but Hotel overall is in need of major refurbishment. All areas looking extremely tired . Carpets worn , won’t be repeating our visit again in the future.
