We had such a lovely stay in Nox Hotel. Staff were so great especially Ivan in the bar , he’s an absolute gentleman - so kind and helpful. Food was absolutely delicious! We were so pleased with our stay.

The hotel was nice and clean. The room was large for Europe. It’s outside of Galway city center so you do need a car or taxi to get to the sight. Hotel staff were wonderful and accommodating. Dinner in the hotel restaurant was above average for what you typically think of. The only problem we had was that the toilet in our room was so weak you had to flush over and over and over.

Nice hotel, with clean roomsand a very nice breakfast. A little far out to walk into Galway, so plan on taxis if you don't have a car.

Rooms are out dated. A bit dirty. Loose fixings. Loose doors. Dirty windows

Praktisk beliggenhed. Hotellet var fint til vores behov - billig overnatning. Området er ikke værd at skrive om. Det ligger i udkanten af Galway - 30 min gang fra bymidten. Værelserne var fine. Morgenmaden var rigtig god, fint udvalg.

Nice location not far from shopping and dining options. Beautiful area.

The staff here were great as they helped sort out an initial problem with our room. Overall though we were not too impressed by the hotel itself. The room felt dark, a bit damp and had no ability to control the temperature in the room and had no air circulation other than opening the window. It was clean enough just felt like some detailed cleaning doesnt really happen. The location is kind of odd, would be fine if your driving or dont mind walking. We didn't mind walking, but that is something to consider since its about 25 minutes into the central part of Galway. The breakfast was wonderful!

Decent room. Very good food for both dinner and breakfast. Restaurant/bar is a bit loud in the evening and the service was polite but not very attentive.

The bar was limited and the staff was rude and unable to make simple drinks like an Old Fashioned - restaurant manager in the evening was equally as rude. Breakfast was subpar at best - eggs were over cooked and the butter/oil used tasted old and burnt.

Stay was fine. Nice hotel, breakfast good. Seem to have a problem with midges/small flies.

Lovely stay. Very friendly helpful staff.

Clean room and very comfortable. Probably the room needs some more lights Good breakfast with many chooses except for a very loud Spanish boy from the staff who was too much for a 7 am breakfast.

Facility needs to be redone…

The Nox hotel is located on the outskirts of Galway which made it ideal for exploring the area. It is also a short drive into the city. The rooms are well appointed and comfortable. The staff are all very friendly and personable. There is a great selection of food at the breakfast buffet. I stayed 5 nights in October
