Lovely weather made it

All good standard. Only stayed 1night. Room tidy, clean. Easy check-in. Breakfast good value, generous proportions. Would stay here again in the future.

Really lovely hotel with excellent customer care. Staff are lovely and very helpful. Spa by river hidden gem.

Warm, welcoming and friendly staff. Spacious well appointed rooms with easy parking and spacious attractive outside grounds. Excellent value for money and convenient for Newmarket and Cambridge. Very enjoyable stay.

It’s a unique venue in a pretty rural spot but right on the doorstep of Cambridge. The Spa is small and personable with Gym steam sauna and pool. My only disappointment was that the treatment slots were all booked up bar one so only one of us could benefit from a treatment.

We enjoyed our stay and the spa facilities. Only one thing i found was i got cold at night as the bedroom heating would have been to noisy to have during the night

The place is in a tranquil location with free parking and comes with gym, sauna, steam room and swimming pool. The restaurant was good.

Had a lovely stay for our birthday treat. Breakfasts were nice. Afternoon tea was lovely. Room clean and maid service every day. Had a lovely stay and would definitely visit again

Not the best place. Was sold a better room than we actually got. Food was missing from menu and quite over priced. Extremely noisy and no hot water for bath or shower. Overall not a good stay. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

The bath could have used with being re enamaled also the jets and pipes needed cleaning as it was gross.

The room we booked was nice, a good size, although once in there the tv didn't work properly & the tap in the bathroom was broken, reported to reception & we were given another room which was an upgrade, the lady on reception was extremely helpful & very pleasant & kept apologising. We didn't use any of the other facilities, but we were pleased with the room & politeness of the reception staff.

Friendly & helpful staff, food was decent quality, but room & leisure facilities a little bit tired, eg lack of usb sockets in what was supposedly a superior room, pool area rather cramped and cool.
