Parking ramp was confusing though and the extra $10.00 charge !! Did not like that .

Nice hotel conveniently located

Great location

Location was key and there was food and drinks available. There wasn’t any maids on Saturday so the beds didn’t get maid and the supplies weren’t restocked. There was a vibration in the heating system and it was nosy all night.

Great location. My bed wasn't that comfortable, but the room was very clean. I wish there was a microwave in the room. A shame they charge to park.

Newer hotel. In excellent location. Movie theatre, restraints and shopping options all within walking distance. Paid a fee for parking. Breakfast options could use an upgrade. Overall very clean and comfortable spot. Would stay again.

There were people roaming the hall in their undergarments yelling at each other being completely disrespectful. I took my kids and went down to a family members room for a little bit and when I came back up to my room I wasnt allowed off the elevator by staff due to the police being called and there being what sounded like a huge fight in the hall at this point it's late in the evening and I'm not allowed in the room I paid for with my children and this lasted for about an hour it was seriously ridiculous. And now I'm being told the property isn't going to do anything to compensate me for this. I am beyond disappointed.

This was our first time staying at this hotel. It was clean, and our room was spacious with a nice view. Unfortunately the pool (which was the main reason we chose to stay here) was freezing. An employee did apologize for the low temps, which we appreciate...However we were already checking out by then. The first night of our stay, we got in late and attempted to order food, and were disappointed the kitchen had closed over an hour earlier than advertised. Overall, the room was nice...but due to the pool and dining we were disappointed.
