When we arrived earlier than predicted our room wasn't ready understandably but we were given a free upgrade to one of their apartments nextdoor which was a lovely surprise. The apartment was nicely furnished, clean and had all the appliances you would expect. The staff were very friendly and helpful, couldn't do enough for you at breakfast , everything was cooked to your specifications and served at your table. Even if you wanted something from the buffet they would bring it to you, you didn't have to move. Our stay was wonderful and we wouldn't hesitate to book again in the future.

Good for a simple stay but terrible during heat since there’s no AC

Quiet, but clean and pleasant. Owner was very welcoming. Breakfast area clean, light and pleasant. Most welcoming being the electric charging point and somewhere safe to keep a bike.

Great service throughout my stay and immediately from booking. The staff were extremely helpful and exceeded my needs. They were polite, with great communication skills. I had a nice, clean room with my own bathroom, and a pleasant, quiet stay.

Handy for a trip into the centre of London using the Elizabeth Line. We needed overnight parking and a bed for the night so this hotel was ideal. Thanks.

Really friendly staff and a great location.

The whole experience was excellent, we had a first floor room, but the member of staff decided to up grade us to an apartment over the road at no extra cost because I wasn't able to do the stairs. We had a continental breakfast that we had to book and pay for there was also a cooked breakfast for extra money where as in their amenities info, the breakfast was free, I mentioned this to a member of staff The only thing that we didn't enjoy was the IT tech sent to us before our stay. I informed a member of staff about this and she was talking to her manager stating that the older customers couldn't grasp the IT Tech as they were not knowledge able with such things and were always afraid they had not booked their stay.

Having checked the pictures , the hotel looked ideal just for 2 nights, modern , clean , facilities and free parking with a 2 minute walk to Brentwood Elizabeth Line Station. Great I thought. The hotel staff were friendly and kindly let me book in 15 minutes early otherwise I couldn't book in until 2330 after work. I was on the first floor room number 2. Quickly put my stuff there and rushed off to work. When I returned after being in there for more than 5 minutes the smell was horrible, from the dirty stained, worn carpet, to the point I felt sick. I thought I would go to relax in the lobby loung area , but it was locked. The bed was uncomfortable, and I was in the room above reception so was woken nice and early by the noise. One positive is the lovely bacon smell from the breakfast covered the room smell 😊 As you can see from my pictures this isn't what is advertised on hotels.com, I had to check out and book into the Premier Inn the next morning. Upon checking out, I was offered to speak to the manager and shown another room, I declined and said why wasn't I offered this in the first place. I am extremely disappointed, I thought it would be lovely to support smaller hotels, but I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, especially when your paying the same price as a Premier Inn!

I stayed in a newly renovated room, fantastic bathroom and shower, very comfortable bed and will look to stay here again on another visit to the area.

Room was very spacious and clean

This is my new go to place to stay while in Brentwood! The staff could not have been nicer and more accommodating! The room was perfect in every way! It had a small icebox which was a bonus. Steps from the Lizzy line, multiple pubs/restaurants/take aways & shops in walking distance, parking if you have a car hire. Better than the local chain on the other end of the street, on par with the super bougie accommodation down the road.

Staff were really friendly and helpful, made my stay much nicer.
