Exceptional Hotel, located right on the snow, views up to the main peak and across to the magic carpet, chair lifts and cable cars. The village with restaurants and shops is also very close, just a short walk from the hotel. The staff were very kind and helpful, the breakfast was abundant with a selection of both eastern and western foods. Special thank you to Julie and Kohl for taking such good care of us at breakfast. The Chinese restaurant did an amazing hot pot cooked with coals, and the dumplings were the best!! Thank you Billy! We enjoyed a very spacious suite, which had 2 balconies and 2 toilets. I would highly recommend paying a little extra to enjoy the executive lounge benefits - free food and drinks between 5-7pm daily. I highly recommend this hotel. There is also a free airport shuttle bus included. It represents excellent value for money.

Overall it is a good choice to stay but it is not a real ski in/out hotel.

The room was too hot the entire stay and we had to keep asking for towels etc for our daughter who was in the room with us. Other than that, it’s a good hotel, well located and with lots of inclusions.

Unfortunatlely, we have to shorten this lovely stay due to schedule change. The night duty manager helped to adjust the reservation with Expendia team so we can avoid the extra fee. I would also like to appreciate the warm help from Expendia team. Excellent job.

Maybe it's low season but the breakfast was far below the standard of Sheraton!

酒店離商業區有點距離，大概有一公里遠，號稱有24小時機場接送其實也只是度假園區針對班機時間派的班車，因此整體交通沒有比附近的假日或凱悅來得好，房間跟餐廳的服務倒是非常滿意。
