The location of the property made it for us to easily walk to shopping center and restaurants. Visiting touristic locations was five to fifteen minutes walk. The hotel rooms and bedding were also perfect for us. The breakfast was nice.

Our stay was lovely, we'd only note that the nighttime noise gets to be quite loud. There are a number of pubs close to the hotel, and partiers are often awake until 3 or 4am.

Overall a great location with good discount on local parking. Easy to get everywhere from the hotel. Courtyard was a bit loud but we did not realize the window was open.

Loistava hotelli keskeisellä mutta silti rauhallisella sijainnilla. Hyvä ja riittävän monipuolinen aamiainen. Perhehuone oli todella tilava ja sopi täydellisesti meidän kaveriporukalle. Huone on myös hyvin äänieristetty, ainakin toivottavasti :)

Centrico hotel, habitaciones grandes y cómodas,el baño chiquito pero apañao, a 10 min andando del centro y la estacion del tren, muy tranquilo aunque está rodeado de restaurantes.

Fantastisk beliggenhed midt i hjertet af Køln. Desværre var personalet inkompetent, og selv mindre forespørgsler (som f.eks. 2 badehåndklæder til to gæster) blev blæst helt ud af proportion. P-pladserne som der står i beskrivelsen af hotellet, er et offentligt p-hus, hvor man så kan håbe på der er plads ved ankomsten. Alternativt, kan man køre til et andet p-hus et kvarters gang fra hotellet, og prøve lykken der.

O hotel fica na região histórica, próximo à catedral e bares e restaurantes, com acesso à ponte sobre o Reno. Tudo muito limpo e com a eficiência alemã. Funcionários eficientes e simpáticos. Bom café da manhã, com café, frutas, cereais, pães e as comidas quentes. Quarto com secador, ótima cama, chaleira, frigobar e TV com diversos canais. Muito silencioso e bom para dormir,.apesar dos bares próximos.

We loved this hotel! It was so clean and quiet, unlike many places we've stayed. Plus, it was right around the corner from a main plaza and plenty of restaurants. The staff was a delight as well. We'd stay here again and wish there were other CityClass hotels in other cities besides Cologne.

Centralt hotell nära till barer och restauranger. Hade med min morfar som har svårt att gå längre sträckor. Hotellet ligger på en innergård som man kan åka bil till. Men på kvällen låses en grind för bilarna vilket gör att man får gå på kullersten ca 200 meter.

Sehr freundliches Personal, ein sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet, etwas versteckter aber gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Durch die Festlichkeiten auf dem Heumarkt war es nachts etwas laut.

Parking was complicated

I was traveling solo all around Germany and chose the CityClass Hotel based on its location. It's just steps from the Rhine riverfront with lots of nice restaurants and shops lining the boardwalk. It's easy to get to the Cologne Cathedral and many other attractions in Cologne. While my rooms was small (based on my selection), it was clean and quaint. The hotel faces a small courtyard and my window opened to it which was nice. I would highly recommend the CityClass Hotel am Heumarkt.

Hidden in the heart of old town Köln

The personnel at the front desk were exceptionally helpful and friendly! Loved the sauna and the location was perfect. Close to the train station too!

Room was comfortable but very small. Not really sufficient room for relaxing.

Wir hatten wirklich tollen Aufenthalt im Cityclass am Heumarkt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, das Hotelzimmer sauber, ordentlich und ausreichend für 3 Personen. Kann es nur weiterempfehlen

Excellent choice to be in the center of Koln. Perfect room, everything working properly and staff very friendly. Easy (but expensive) parking closed to the hotel
