Room was small but large enough for 2 travelers. I loved the small elevator so we didn’t have to go upstairs with our luggage like it happened to us in Hamburg. Elevator wasn’t working. Central station was less than 10 minutes walk. The dome 5 minutes walk was well as museums.

Das Hotel ist perfekt für ein Wochenende. Optimale Lage inmitten der Altstadt von Köln. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten, Kneipen und Rhein sind fussläufig schnell zu erreichen. Auch die Messe und LANXESS Arena sind gut und schnell per Roller oder Bahn zu erreichen. Das Gepäck kann auch nach dem Auschecken aufbewahrt werden. Perfekt! Ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder 😊

Super freundliches Personal! Hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt mit viel Platz im Zimmer selbst zu dritt und die Lage ist Hammer. Mit im Heumarkt, aber es war sehr sehr ruhig. Toller Aufenthalt mit einer 100% Wiederkehr versicherung

Great location. Staff was helpful and friendly. And they have air conditioning which is vital in the summer.

Clean, central right next to Heumarkt square and a 5 minute walk to the subway/tram. Also a 10 minute walk to Cologne main train station. Careful not to follow Google Maps it takes you one street down to the Rhein river side. This hotel is one street up. It’s about 20 minutes to Cologne fair. Room is super small but comfortable. Aircon worked ok. Breakfast was excellent, nice selection and friendly service.

The location was great. Walkable to the Dom and shopping, restaurants, etc. Great room layout for family trip. Nice modern bathroom. We would stay there again.

Rooms very small, location is not as good as the other cityclass which is closer to train.

Great location, value and service.

Cologne has several CityClass Hotels, which may get a little confusing upon searching for the proper location, but once we found ours we were pleased. The hotel is located close enough to several popular spots, such as the cathedral and main station, but tucked away so it's quiet. It was a smaller room, but comfy enough. The only downside was temperature, as the AC blew very lightly. I'm not sure it ever really got to temp, but fortunately the front desk had a small fan available that assisted in some better airflow for the room. My brother and I both run very hot, especially when sleeping, so this was a game-changer! Overall, the staff was wonderful and the hotel was perfect for what we needed.

Very conveniently located. Clean room, easy check in/check out. The only elevator they have is rather small, just FYI.
