Llegamos de noche a hacer el check in y no había nadie estuvimos tratando de contactar algún empleado y no había nadie para atender hasta las 3:00 am estuvimos en la recepción esperando que nos atendieran pésimo servicio, nadie podía solucionar

Had to find another hotel since no one was at the front desk to check me in. Called service numbers listed, no answer. Routed my call to customer service and said to call back in the morning

I wasn't even able to check in, i got at the front desk exactly at 09:58 and no one was there, i waited until 10:45 before leaving and stayed somewhere else

Saw some roaches in my room even in my bed

Llegué con mi hijo a las 9:58 PM y no había nadie, llamamos y nos dijo la recepcionista que llegaba hasta las 10:30 pm, bueno, esperamos, llegó puntual, nos dieron acceso y sorpresa, la habitación llena de cucarachas. Qué asco. No regreso por nada del mundo.

ITS A VERY NICE DECENT AND VERY CLEAN PLACE,, AND ALSO SAFE,, POLICE DEPARTMENT IS RIGHT ACROSS FROM THIS HOTEL AND THATS WHAT I LOVE MORE ABOUT THIS PLACE CAUSE CHILDREN AND FAMILIES ARE WELL PROTECTED HERE,, I RATE THIS AS A 5STAR I WOULD LOVE TO STAY HERE AGAIN,, GREAT SERVICE AS WELL STAFF ARE ALWAYS ON TOP OF EVERYTHING GREAT JOB

That the store is walking distance and it's very peaceful around here

Website showed only 2 single double beds available. Hostess gave me 1 single bed. Checked in late. Lobby was closed & no one there to greet you. Took the hostess 30 minutes to show up & 15 minutes to check in. On personal side note, hostess was very very rude, also has track marks on both arms. Please wear long sleeves.

El hotel es muy básico, las habitaciones están muy descuidadas, las recepcionistas muy amables pero no están 24/7 si llegas después de cierta hora ya no hay quien te reciba.

This staff went above and beyond the call of duty. The attention to details in making sure the property was always clean is unmatched. Thank you for the amazing hospitality not only to myself but to the other actors that felt welcome during our stay. Thank you.

Saw a very small roach..there was a smell in the room, nothing bad just more of an “old” type smell Parking very easy and appreciated that there was laundry facilities
