Not a very nice place. I needed a bed and that is what I got.

Filthy

This property didn't have a person at the desk at night to check in had to wait a long time before anyone showed up. The shower had a leak the whole night. Not a fun place.

Walking into the room to check it before we were going to stay. The refrigerator was terrible had mold all over it.

Nice getaway

We did not actually stay at this hotel. We checked in and went to our room. The hallway smelled of smoke and the room was very under welming. We returned to the lobby desk and checked out. The gentleman at the front desk was very kind.

Great place to recharge or just get away

I wanted to check out early morning but they were not in the office. So, I had to wait until 10:00 just to check out.

Any issues were fixed Promptly

When I arrived I knew it was late and the odds of someone being at the front desk weren't in my favor. When I hit the line to call for an attendant, ya boy Devonte was there without hesitation. Though he may have been tired conversely he didn't lead on to be. He was very patient with me as I was having issues with my bank card allowing online transactions and booking through a third party. He was very polite and extremely helpful and I appreciate it because I really needed the room and with his patience and assistance I got into the last available room. Thank you Devonte. The staff at this particular location are the main reason I choose extended stay America of lawerence Indiana.

Was a great place to land for a couple days

Front desk person checked in and gave me the room key, when i entered the room, it was not at all cleaned. Then he could not give me other room, he said he has to call his manager. I waited about 30 mins, NO RESPONSE. I asked him what is my option now, he said we can cancel the room.
