Was a nice clean room, very spacious. Enjoyed the quietness and friendliness of the staff. Good value!

the program glitched and ended up booking me 4 rooms for 2 nights , even though the two of us showed up and stayed in two rooms , they did not tell us we had been booked in another two rooms by computer error , Once I realized the mistake and complained the manager only gave me back half of the money effectively stealing $173.68 from me , and said that was there policy .

The only issues I had was the bed felt like there was a metal bar in my back when sleeping and our AC hardly worked. I talked to the staff and they said they will have it looked at.

No employees at check-in Ppl living there just hanging out smoking cops there twice

The whole building smelled like cigarettes

The property was very clean and safe. We greatly enjoyed our visit to Mentor, OH.

Biggest thing for me was the bed wasn’t cleaned.

It’s was not bad kinda dirty, bed was really small and found stains and ants on floor and bed

They only clean the rooms every 14 days and I was also waking up to something biting me I have multiple marks on me let front desk new they did terrible experience

Staff is very friendly. I stayed there four days I had cable the first day the next three days I had no cable. I had worked the next two days so I couldn’t address the cable situation because the front desk was closed. my last night there there was a guy at the front desk. That did the best he could trying to get my cable working calling people. At the end of the day at 7 o’clock he offered to give me a new room which I was thankful for, but it was my last night. I didn’t wanna pack up everything and move to a room just to have cable. I literally had to go almost every day to get new key cards. This facility is for a long stay, and again it was clean. Just a hassle with the key cards and no cable not a great experience but I know it’s not the staff’s fault I did feel safe. I didn’t use the in room facilities like the stove, but I did use the microwave and the refrigerator was big. Basic bed on a steel frame, but was still comfortable. The heater and the air conditioning was pretty good for that small area. Look like there was a lot of families trying to make way for their children, and the rate was excellent. for the price and value I would probably stay here again. If I just had cable and key cards that worked.

Nothing to like. Filthy room, filthy floors. Putrid smells in hallways and elevator. The bed/mattress was the most uncomfortable sleeping apparatus i have ever encountered, and I’ve actually slept outside on rocks a few times in my life. The heater sounded like an old steel mill blast furnace that was ready to explode every time it kicked on. We left a 6:00 am, we literally couldn’t get out fast enough.

No one at check in desk. Could not get room keys that worked for the room door. Had to be let into the room by staff and leave the door propped open if we wanted to leave room. Will never return

It was ok .. until some kid was screaming continuously off and on for hours throughout the night
