Great stay, very comfortable Pet friendly:)

Could not make room keys, app would not work to for digital room keys so staff had to walk people to their rooms every time you needed in and elevator does not work without a room key. House keeping opened our door at 9 am when check out was at 12 pm. Front desk worker when we checked in was doing her best but she had multiple people checking in at the same time and then had to take everyone to their rooms.

After first night I my wife found a roach in the bathroom it changed our feeling about home 2 forever. Before this they we're our go to hotel

Very disappointing. Check in was 3pm we arrived at 3:06pm was told our room wasn’t ready yet and that it would be about 15 mins before it was ready. At 4:10 our room was ready. Not to mention we had family with us whose room was ready so we had to wait in the lobby for an hour. Parking is terrible as well.

Had no problem with the check in or the room, but Saturday the person in charge of the breakfast apparently didn’t show up so no breakfast. Then Sunday as I was getting some cereal I noticed the milk was 7 days past its best by date!! Other than that had a good stay.

The room we stayed in was huge! Much bigger than anticipated. The pool was chilly, but we stayed in January right after a snow storm.

Amazing

Was very unimpressed with the breakfast they served. I could go to a gas station and get the same quality of food. Originally I booked a king but the room door lock was broken and had to move to a queen bed room that was smaller in every way. Not going to book here again.

Booked this for a vacation with my kids to use the pool and the pool was closed the entire stay. Couldn’t cancel. Terrible.

My suite was well-appointed and very clean. There's a dishwasher so I was able to keep the dishes and silverware clean. The front desk staff was friendly and always greeted me when I passed through the lobby. I'll stay there again.
