WARNING WARNING I visited on july10th 2025 thru July 12th 2025 for the Run 4 Roses basketball tournament at the Kentucky Exposition Center and this place is infested with roaches and fleas, Holes in doors, Smells every where, Just a dirty feeling all together. This is a like an apartment building. People live there permanently. It needs to be shut down. No one wants to take bugs home with them. I got a refund but it stills needs to address on how this is not a location for out of town people. This a a half way house. Shut them down now!!!! Freaking awful had to sleep in my car with my daughter. Every where else was booked. They was on the floor on the walls in the bathroom just freaking everywhere!!! I hope this HELPS anyone that’s thinking about staying here. DONT DO IT!!!

We checked in around 4 looked over beds but had to go to the race track husband was racing . Got back to hotel about 2am within 30 min being in room we started seeing cockroaches crawling on the counter and the walls it was terrible and we grabbed our bags and left. No one at the desk to complain to and we are still trying to get our $ back. THIS HOTEL IS HORRIBLE!!! DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

CHECKED IN AT 3 WAS OUT LILTTLE AFTER 630 infestation of roaches went there bc had kitchenette, but bugs were kust more than i can do.. STAGF WAS UNDERSTANDING AFTERWARDS BUT SHOULD HAVE SAID SOMETHING UPON CHECKING IN IMO BECAUSE THEY ALL WE'RE WELL AWARE SYMPATHETIC BUT COULD PF SAVED ME A LOT OF RESCHEDULING IF WAS TOLD UP FRONT.

I will say it's probably one of the nicest hotels I've stayed at recently the room is very clean and creative with appliances. And even had a laundry basket. Very pleased and will definitely stay again

Room smell wired and it look old need update

Saw 2 roaches. The bathroom light didn't work. there were no hand towels in the bathroom. I will not stay there again

Stains on floor, found roaches, was bitten all night by something in the bed.

I check my self out after 20 minutes of checking in due to the bad smell in the premises

Our room had an odor of smoke and skunk. The bathroom light didn't work and the desk was unable to help. The floor was dirty and sticky. The mattress was uncomfortable and we left a day early as we could not sleep here.

Awful. There was no bathroom door… smelled cigarette smoke and pot ALL night! Toilet dirty.. just terrible.

Claims to be non smoking- immediately after getting to the room there were people smoking in the hallway. The room was disgustingly dirty. Drawers were missing in the kitchenette, the blinds were broken, and the bed reeked of urine. I canceled my room and left immediately. The area was sketchy, as were the people hanging out in and around the hotel. I felt unsafe from the moment we checked in.

Has cockroaches infestation

Had roaches in the room. Tried to take a shower roaches started coming out the drain.

Worst experience ever. Place smells of cigarette smoke. There were bugs. The lobby was dirty and smelly. Sem like a lot of transients staued there. The parking lot was full of potholes.

They only allow dogs, not cats...

You shouldnt make people write something when they are not comfortable doing so. I gave your place 4 stars across the bored thats it thank you

It was convenient , the staff is very nice and helpful.

I recently stayed at WoodSpring Suites Louisville Clarksville. We had a terrible check inn took over 30 minutes to gets someone to the desk at 3pm feb 22 2025. When we got to the room it had not been cleaned, candy wrappers on the floor, blood on the wall in the bathroom, some kind of lotion substance on the table, refrigerator was dirty and had hair in it and food had leaked out. We went down stairs to get it cleaned and again nobody at the desk. I tried calling the x500 extension to no avail. It's a no smoking hotel. They clearly have marijuana smoke as well as cigarette smoke in the room. That night my son went to brush his teeth and there were roaches in the bathroom. We finally laid down and couldn't sleep due to the loudness for both neighbors. We ended up leaving due to the weed smell, roaches,and noise to drive home 2 hours away. I have never had a worse time at any hotel in my life. You guys need to look into this hotel and make some management changes or better yet you go stay there on a Saturday night.

Surprised by the old furnishings and uncomfortable bed. Parking lot has a lot of pot holes. TV didn’t have local news and weather.

When I turned on the heater it smelled like piss!! And German cockroaches everywhere… never again, non refundable deposit 😖
