It was very far from Puerto Morelos, 15 km, and it had no windows. Very dark.

This is an hourly rate hotel. It is not for staying in for a week. No blanket Bed was horrible. Vinyl covered with a sheet. I booked it for a week and moved out after 1 night.

Toallas rotas, sabanas rotas, el baño no tenia mosquitero en la ventana, se metieron todos los mosquitos tuvimos que dejar la habitacion a las 7 pm.

Poor electricity in the room, did not linebthe security the Garage door entrance and it smelt of mildew staff was nice but spoke no English at all.

The staff were only spanish spoken. They lock the garage. We had to keep yelling for 15 mins to get the garage open so we could get out of our rental room. Theres no front desk or any info for check in or check out. Just a intelcom to talk someone who only speaks spanish.

No había nada para comer, no hay teléfono en las habitaciones

Para una suite VIP deja mucho a desear, sin opciones de sal en la jacuzzi, techo con mofos, mucho a mejorar

The room wasn’t clean and up to part they don’t speak English and I feel it isn’t that safe I came to my garage apartment and another couple was in my Gary with they car and my gate closed and I had to wait for them to leave

Very restricted and set up like a prison. As I checked in I checked out.

The arab vip suite was very good value for money. Things others mentioned were normal practice of no key for room, although I got one on request on a differe t booking. No ac controller was supplied but pther rooms.nkrmally have it, evebtually I asked for ac to be turned on and ot was left on for the last two days. Staff will help but the security generally requires spansish. The whole process is easy enough. I got an ear infection on leaving, it may have been from the jacuzi but not sure. Overall was a good deal even with the little things. If you have access to a pole dancer the arab vip is an experience in itself. The bed in the arab is not as large as other rooms but comes with silky drapes and the pole dance section imo is much nicer. Overall I like the layout of the arab vip pver the red room and semcasiones rooms. This end of the complex can hear the highway a little.

Todo esta muy descuidado, falta mantenimiento, los blancos estsn muy viejos, no tiene nada de amenidades y la tv no funciona.
