The shower in room 204 doesn’t drain well, water accumulates in the tub. Tv was very difficult to operate. Not user friendly.

Room was clean, free breakfast was offered. Parking wasn't the best. Close to where we needed to be

Business room was old and small, especially the bathroom. The text message, I received said the hot tub wasn't working, which was wrong. Pool was working, there was no pool.

The room & hotel surroundings were very clean & well kept. The bed was comfortable. The online check in process was quick & convenient.

Room was clean, staff was great, only thing would be the bed was pretty soft, wonder if its time for a new bed in room 314? Could just be the style bed though....

The TV was not working as the cable box was removed for repair. Bathroom was too tight and bathroom door was awkward as it didn’t open fully and could be a hazard.

We were there for a dance competition so there were alot of little kids around and in the hot tub but we didnt mind thats expected, the front desk was very kind and helpful, and the restaurant had great food and drinks!

Parking at rear very limited , entrance at the back not marked.

Front staff were very nice and friendly …restaurant opened late on the 26th but overall I would only give the room cleanliness a 3 at most. Also - the bathroom door swinging inwards and having to shimmy into the bathroom to close it is a terrible idea - door was hung the wrong way - heaven forbid for anyone that is bigger - they would never get in to use the shower.
