Room disgusting and clearly hadn't been cleaned. Rubbish under sofa, poo around outside of toilet, dirty carpet. Bedding was clean however

The staff were lovely and helpful, but the running water was tepid, general appearance of hotel was shabby. The responsibility lies with the company, not with the staff- who were efficient and friendly

Clean room in a peaceful setting and comfortable beds. Very helpful staff. Parking for us OK but no air conditioning Will use again

Good for one day stay with three beds for family hairdryer toiletries but pot was broken but great at this price Mc D was near by.

Property very tired but clean, only food on site McDonalds. Leaving site to get in and out of Sutton Scotney a driving nightmare. Fortunately staff have prepared written direction instructions to help or else you end up on A34

Parking was ok but the hotel should explain there are 2 different hotels north and south bound I found myself at the wrong one and if you follow google maps it’s 9 miles to get to the other side! Fortunately there is a sort cut the the staff told me about. Room was ok bit dated but for the price it was ok.

Room spotless, everything we needed

Clean, decent size room. Very quiet. Free parking. Great value for money.

Parking was easy, put ur car reg in when u check in. One strip of spaces outside hotel. If not have to park in main services car park. Hotel itself was eery. Didnt see a single other customer, I think it must be very small hotel! TVs dont have very good signal. Reception blamed it in the storm, but also said "people complain about it all the time" room was clean and good temperature. Towels were clean and bathroom is good standard.

Room was clean, quiet location and easy parking. Staff at reception extremely helpful, quickly fixed a mix up with room allocation, found us another room and personally bought more towels when we discovered there was only one set. All in all, a great experience and excellent value for money having stayed in a Best Western on another leg of the journey.

Amazing comfortable room, huge bed, clean bathroom, lovely staff - Ann and Zoe were so welcoming and hands on. Lovely area! I extended my stay.

Good value hotel no frills

Absolutely lovely staff, they always make sure to deliver the best experience. Very comfy bed, clean bathroom, silent most times and plenty of nature around. Feels cosy and welcoming.

- good location - but actual room was poor. Door didn’t lock so I’d to place furniture against it, there were many holes in the curtain, bathroom was not that clean, tap splattered out, floor was filthy, bed was very flat However price was very cheap

Free parking, Costa and McDonalds on site. The room had a t.v, tea and coffee. It had a bath, hand/body wash plus a hairdryer. It had been cleaned but smelt of mould really badly which was located behind the fixed headboard. It kept me awake and everything I had smelt of it when I got home. I left early due to this too so totally ruined my time. The place needs a refit for sure!
