We were totally disappointed with our stay. The food quality for all inclusive deal was very poor, the selection was poor and the same every day. The quality of alcohol was bad, house wine was so poor, cocktails were just over sweet and just sugar. The hotel was very noisy and full of drank people.

Rent rom, veldig hyggelige resepsjonister. Bassengområdet ikke særlig innbydende. God frukost, ok middag. Kunne godt kutte ut støyende musikk under middagen. Eller mykje bråkete gjester, full fest til langt på natt. Tydeleg at dette er et billig hotell for partyglad ungdom

Honestly I have 0 complaints. I came here with my gf during quite season so got to enjoy a quite peaceful stay and had a lot of freedom around the hotel. The staff were absolutely lovely, helpful and polite. The food options were quite good on most days and the drinks at the bar from our all inclusive were excellent, we got as many drinks as we wanted whenever and bar staff did not complain one bit or seem bothered as well as the quality of the drinks did not drop. There was a lovely young lady bar tender who’s name I unfortunately forgot, who served us during our stay for most days. Really wanted to thank her , she might remember the young couple she served during this week(young black boy and mixraced girl) and also a nice bar tender, white male who was also very nice and helpful who even recommended a location of a festival near the town hall which was lovely. The room was very nice too , spacious nice bathroom, bed was very comfortable and also liked the mini fridge in the room which was handy as well as the balcony. I honestly have no bad words to say, enjoyed a great stay from beginning to end 🙏

We had a wonderful stay at the Castellum Suite Hotel. The all‑inclusive package was excellent – we really enjoyed the food, with plenty of variety every single day. The bar is on the smaller side, but we never had any issues as there were only a few customers around when we visited. The staff were always friendly and approachable, especially Polly, Juliana and Catrina in the restaurant, who were consistently kind and welcoming. At reception, Yanis was exemplary. He guided us through the best places to visit and gave us great recommendations that made our trip even more enjoyable. The location was exceptional – only about a 15‑minute walk to both the Old and New Town. It’s also around 20 minutes to Akti Katara Beach and the Rhodes coastline, and just a short 2‑minute walk to the bus stop for Lindos. We truly enjoyed our holiday in Rhodes, surrounded by the warm and helpful staff of Castellum Suite Hotel. Highly recommended. We didn’t use the pool as it is still winter here. Exceptionally clean

Close to the old walled city

A few minutes walk from the Old City walls. Staff were exceptional. We couldn't fault the food or drinks on the All Inclusive. I'd recommend it for anyone wanting to see Rhodes Old Town. If you just want to lounge by the pool maybe not so much. The pool is quite small and the area around it is fairly compact.

What a lovely fresh hotel with nice staff excellent food nice room . Couldn’t tell if it was new hotel or refurbished but was all nice and clean and nice decent tv in the room with Netflix and can mirror of your phone. Woukd stay again. Walking distance to old and new town!

Clean and cool, great food options (I’m vegetarian), helpful staff, and walkable location :) even let us stay after checkout to enjoy the all inclusive facilities whilst waiting for our late flight. Thank you!

Väldigt fint och flott hotell. Rummet var jättebra. Klagar ingeting. Vi hade All-inclusive. Drinkar och drickat bra, inte utspätt utan man blev full. Maten var helt okej. Fanns vissa rätter som alltid funkar, pasta bolognese, pommes och ibland fanns det gyros. Annars skulle jag ge maten 5 av 10. Men de fanns alltid mat och dricka tills 22.30 Området var bra, väldigt nära till gamla stan och rhodos stad. Poolen var liten, man var tvungen att lägga ut sina handdukar tidigt om man vill ha en plats i solen.

A comfortable and clean hotel. A bit noisy night with other guests arriving back drunk from the town in the early hours, the doors are not sound proof so you can hear every little noise in the corridors. A great location for visiting the Old & New Town with easy walking to both. We didn't use the pool as we only had one full day at the hotel. Food on offer was fresh and very tasty, though I think for late arrivals maybe a sandwich should be made available for guests. The reception team did however help us order a pizza delivery. Staff were pleasant and helpful with all enquiries. Overall a good spot for taking in the local area.

My experience at this hotel was very disappointing. The level of customer service was far below expectations. staff were unresponsive and unhelpful whenever I raised concerns. The condition of the room was unacceptable, with ants visible throughout, including in the bathroom and near the bed. Despite informing the front desk, no action was taken to resolve the issue or offer alternative accommodation. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel stays I have encountered, and I cannot recommend this property to other travelers.

Otel beklentilerimin üzerindeydi. Yemekler gayet başarılı idi. Yalnızca eksik olarak söyleyebileceğim;tatlılar daha çeşitli olabilirdi. Çalışanları güleryüzlü ve saygılılardı. Bir tek barda servis yapan kısa boylu orta yaşlı beyefendi oraya uymuyordu. Genel olarak iyiyidi. Teşekkürler.

Rommet var fylt av maur, og isteden for å gi oss et nytt rom fikk vi insektspray. Rommene er dårlig konstruert noe som gjør at det kommer maus, edderkopper etc inn gjennom hull i veggen. Fant også en kakerlakk inne på det en rommet… Mye av personaltet var frekk, men hjalp til dersom det trengtes. Det var kun en litt yngre mann som hadde snev av høflighet, i tillegg til flinke servitører. Renholderne gjorde en god jobb, men det er kjipt at rommene blir fylt av maur dersom du ikke har romservice hver dag. Dersom du er kresen når det kommer til mat og drikke ville jeg vært forberedt på å dra ut å spise og kjøpe drikke. Det kanskje litt urimelig å klage ettersom det kanskje bare er vi som er kresne, men vi var 28 stykker på reise i lag og så si alle synes maten var ganske dårlig. Lokasjonen var helt grei. Dersom du ikke orker å stå opp klokken 07 hver morgen for å sikre deg en solseng i bassengområdet, ville jeg valgt et hotell nærmere stranden. Vær også forsiktig når du går tilbake til hotellet på natten, da en av oss ble ranet på vei tilbake. Du unngår nok dette om du holder deg til hovedveien. Hotellet er pent, men bildene av hotellet er utdatert. Jeg vet ikke hva som er standard når det kommer til heis i Hellas, men heisene hær var ganske scetchy. Alt i alt var det et helt greit hotell og man klarer nok å få en koselig ferie hær. Eneste som var en skikkelig nedtur var hvor sinte og frekke mye av personalet var.

Utroligt hjælpsomt personale. Hjalp med alt fra anbefalinger til bookning er taxi midt om natten.

Da kann man sich den Mietwagen sparen. Von selber Haltestelle beim Hotel mit dem Bus (ca. 2 Euro, 5 Min. und häufig) ins Zentrum, Hafen (auch Excursionen nach z.B. Insel Symi und andere) sowie zum Top-Strand Elli Beach), Sand. Das Hotel CASTELLUM SUITES mit 3 mal täglich sehr ausführlichem großem Buffet. Auch Getränke bis hin Wein, Bier und Hochprozentik wie Gin Tonik inkl. und gratis. Sehr freundliches Personal. Großer Hotel SW Pool direkt vor dem Hotelgebäude mit Liegen. Rundum sehr empfehlenswert und absoluter Rhodos Tipp. Schon das 3. Mal, daß ich hier wohnte. Gerne wieder!
