Food always the same accross all restaurant. Not enough fish Vine very bad No snack at the bar. Otherwise good hotel Service not always good, some are nice other never smile. You need to ask 4 time to get a coffee or a drink. Table not empty....you need to wave at waiters to ask to come and take dirty plates

Beautiful big clean rooms with amazing pool view. Room 1122 perfect location. So many lovely bars and restaurant with good quality food and drinks above your usual all inclusive. Loved them all other than found mo’s to be a bit limited for choice compared to the choice and quality in the others. Lovely beach. Nice reef although as shallow a little murky at times. But can still see loads of amazing fish. Amazing waterpark for the kids. Friendly helpful staff in reception bar and Ahmed by the pool. A stones throw from farsha can see it a few doors up from the bar in the hotel overlooking the beach and a short 10 mins walk to it. Stunning looking hotel would recommend.

Las instalaciones en general no están mal, pero el personal de hotel es terrible. Literal no tienen ni tantito ganas de ayudarte en absolutamente nada. Te dejan hablando , nunca te atienden

Esperienza assolutamente consigliata. Un appunto solo sulla pulizia che non è impeccabile, ma accettabile e sull'assenza di indicazioni per raggiungere i vari bar, ristoranti, piscine eccetera che sarebbero utili per chi non ama orientarsi sempre con una mappa in mano o per chi preferisce camminare anziché farsi trasportare da un golf car. Personale sempre gentile e disponibile ovunque. Animazione italiana da 10 e lode.

Absolutely amazing staff, property is very well maintained and kept..location is great and beach is beautiful. Will be returning for sure. Thank you for everything! I would’ve loved to mention every staff member by name but there’s too many to mention.
