Good hotel at the central avenue of the town. A bit further away from the sea shore. The sea in a distance could be seen only from upper floors. All main business centres and shops of the town are within walking distance. The hotel is relatively new. Overall good facilities, small gym is available. Upper floor bar is not working and seems is open only on special occasions. Rooms are good, standard ones, nothing super-special. There was a small step between the room and the bathroom, which was rather unusual for this type of a hotel and inconvenient. Other than that good four star hotel at central avenue of the town.

Karşılama iyi değildi, yani ilgisiz kaldı görevliler. Yardımcı olacak kimse yoktu. Galiba personel eksikliği var. Temizlik yeterli değildi.

Good food and service at sky bar. Staff in reception was very nice and helpful

This hotel has pros and cons. pros : bed was comfy and the wi-fi OK cons : location was not nearest or walking distance for to the beaches in the bath, there was a very strange covering and after bath all the foors fillling with the water the A/C was not satisfactoryand was kind a weak. front desk staff was not attentive. finally I found this place an over priced.

С отелем и сервисом всё хорошо . Но для приезжающих как я в командировку не рекомендую. На последнем этаже гостиницы , находиться дискотека , которая работает до шести утра. Как только изаехали , девушки на ресепшн знали что сильно играет музыка , но всё ровно дали нам номера на 6 этаже. В конечном итоге пришлось менять ещё два раза номер , искать более спокойное место. Вобщем, кто любит вечеринки это для Вас гостиница. Для спокойного отдыха ночью, не рекомендую , заснуть вы точно не сможете. И я ещё очень был сильно удивлен , как отель такого уровня , мог сделать у себя дискотеку на верху .

Zentral gelegenes Hotel fuer Business- und Privatreisende. Die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet mit TV, Kuehlschrank, Wasserkocher, freiem Wifi, Aircon und Dusche, dazu pro Tag kostenloses Mineralwasser im Zimmer. Alles perfekt sauber und tadellos funktionierend. Das Fruehstueck bietet eine Riesenauswahl fuer westliche und lokale Wuensche. Das Personal an der Rezeption und im Restaurant ist ausgesprochen freundlich, hoeflich und stets hilfsbereit, auch bei Anliegen ausserhalb ihrer direkten Zustaendigkeit. Zum Beispiel bei Terminvereinbarungen mit einem Autoservice, Organisation von Faehrtickets und einem Kurierservice. Dies ist besonders hilfreich, weil alle Mitarbeiter gut englisch sprechen. Sollte ich nochmal nach Aktau kommen werde ich bestimmt wieder dieses Hotel waehlen.

L'hotel è uno dei migliori in Aktau, la camera executive é piuttosto grande, con divanetto, bagno spazioso. Al mio arrivo ho trovato una lettera a mio nome in cui mi offrivano servizi "complimentary", come toiletries, altre amenities varie, asse e ferro da stiro... Colazione molto buona. Negativo invece il servizio ristorante, e room in service, non disponibile nonostante fosse indicato 24/7. Ho chiamato per oltre mezz'ora dopo le 22 senza ricevere risposta

First time staying at this Holiday Inn. The hotel is very new so everything was in good working order and extremely clean. Didn't have a chance to try breakfast because of an earlier flight but will definitely book this hotel again for business.

Great hotel, great service, and great rooms. Not far to walk to the Sea from the hotel.

È un hotel ordinato e pulito ma manca di calore, per esempio la sera basterebbe rallegrare la hall/ bar con un po' di musica dal vivo.
