Muy amplia, muy cómoda

Excelente lugar , atención y servicio

I had an inside room with no window. It was dark and the only way to get natural light was to open the curtain facing a sitting area--very exposed. The room temperature could not be regulated. There was no thermostat. It was uncomfortably warm and stuffy. No bottled water was provided as is customary in Mexico.

Las habitaciones muy calientitas y eso que estaba haciendo mucho frío. El restaurante puede mejorar, los desayunos muy equis. La ubicación muy buena! El hotel el cenar muy bien!!!!

La habitación muy bien la vdd, el personal también. Solamente el restaurante carece de un menú bien

The Queen Suite room was beautiful and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. I am allergic to air fresheners, and the room was wonderfully unscented.

Trabajar un poco con el internet, la señal va y viene...

Beautiful hotel, with spacious rooms. Except bathroom which is extremely small The only complaint I have is about their internet access. Is terrible the signal didn't even reach our room and when I asked the front desk the response was "Yes, we have that problem always'! I asked how many access points they have or WIFI extenders and the response even went from bad to worst "None!" in other wors they only have one router for the entire place which is ridiculous.

Todo está perfecto, pero la temperatura en las habitaciones está muy caliente, a pesar de ser un lugar frío, el calor te abochorna

Temporada diciembre 2021,Excelente lugar, ambientación, habitaciones climatizadas,buen wifi, cerca del centro, Solo no te recogen a la llegada del chepe, pero está a unos 800 mts de la estación y 900 de los autobuses, también tienen contactos con los tours
