Across the street was a shopping center , convenient

Very clean, all employees were lovely. Parking was confusing at first with an event at the convention center, but the location ended up being very convenient

The a/c system in my room was not working properly

The room and staff were excellent. But we could not get the room cold enough to make it very comfortable.

Rooms were clean and beds/pillows were very comfortable.

Hotel was clean and staff was friendly and professional.

I would stay again.

The hotel has a binary boiler/cooler system that is either one or the other. I was there in mid March on a warm day and the heat was on in the hotel. There is a register in the room, but it doesn’t actually allow you to cool unless the entire hotel is switched to cooling. Way too hot to sleep when I was tgere, and they couldn't do anything about it.

The deposit it's too high other than that the place is excellent

The hotel was nicely remodeled. Unfortunately, room service was not available, but I was able to order and pick it up in the bar. The hotel was very quiet and pretty clean, although there were long hairs from I assume housekeeping, around the bathroom.

Hotel was clean but one working elevator when the hotel is fully booked was a nightmare

The thermostat in our room was malfunctioning and made it very difficult to keep the room comfortable. The coffee was less than good tasting, to say the least.

Stayed one night and it was perfect for our needs, which were minimal for this trip. Staff was warm, friendly, and helpful. Appreciated the free parking on site. Room seemed clean, was large for a one-night stay. Shower pressure was excellent. Walkable area, close to breweries and dining. Would return if we needed lodging in the area again.

Newly renovated. Rooms look and feel great. Only problem was the malfunctioning elevator to the parking garage. But parking was free! So, I cannot complain. At this price point, the hotel felt like a treat.

Very convenient to Metro-North Train Station. Staff in hotel were extremely friendly and helpful. Various dining options nearby and hotel restaurant very nice, but with limited menu. Some may feel less comfortable with downtown Poughkeepsie location due to shuttered storefronts and some folks living on the street. However I never felt unsafe in any way.

Comfort was terrible couldn’t adjust the heat above 75 it still felt cold just that little thing was annoying enough it felt cold in there not comfortable I was missing the heat from home I wouldn’t stay there again front desk was nice just the floor was cold bathroom was super cold it didn’t felt comfortable at all
