Breakfast was wonderful

We loved that the pool stayed open till 11 P.M.! We love the continental breakfast & the gal who greeted us on Friday evening, she was awesome!

Aside from the amazing gal when we checked in, the rest of the staff was underwhelming. The guy at check out was breathing and that was about it. Breakfast was very sad. Not stocked and breakfast lady was behind schedule and not very friendly. She did do a good cook on the biscuits, so that was a plus. We had dog hair all stuck in our room carpeting, that was gross. Dogs should be only in certain rooms, not everyone wants dog hair and allergens in their room. We have tried to stay here twice and both times have not been great. Hampton is a name we can always count on…not here in Kennewick, sadly. These rooms are not cheap and it should be a better experience. Again, the gal at check in was AMAZING!
