Mother Daughter Day in the U-District followed up with a concert at the Neptune - They got us checked in and secured our car so we had the day to walk all over the U-District, the concert was amazing and it only being a 2 minute walk back to the hotel - you couldn't ask for more.

It was very difficult to see your sign above a locked entrance. I walked around the building trying to find you.

If you are looking to stay in the UW area, this hotel is highly recommended.

I love this hotel. The rooms are great with extra space and a kitchen. The breakfast is also very nice and you actually get a real coffee mug for your coffee!

Very convenient location, it’s right next to the train station and service is impeccable.

Booked this because it had a swimming pool. Got there. When we got there, there was massive construction going on - they even gave us ear plugs because it was jack hammering all day every day as they, you guessed it, removed the swimming pool...

Room was nice and clean, staff was friendly and attentive. Breakfast was great, parking was a bit tight but manageable.

In a good location. I have family that live in Seattle, and they found it easy to get to us there. Also appreciate that they were allowed to park there for free briefly while we visited. Great breakfast options, extremely comfortable beds, and loved the Ohm sounds machines by beds. Our room had a leak or something in the shower. Pools of water would accumulate outside shower and saturate the bathmat towel. That was the only issue. Great, friendly staff.
