The office is closed so you have to go to a different property check in and get any kind of service. Then, they tell you that that will take care of problems and never do it. There is a huge construction project taking place in downtown Ely so it is very inconvenient and noisy. It was very unpleasant!

We were told the property is under new management, usually that is a good thing. Once we arrived, we were told by a man standing in front of the lobby (on his phone and smoking) that we needed to check in at the location down the street, which was obviously inconvenient. We were traveling with others, and at some point during our stay every key to all 3 rooms stopped working. That meant another inconvenient trip down the street. One night there were no employees to be seen, although someone’s little girl was trying to help us (she looked to be 6 or 7, she said her dad was across the street at the convenience store). The room itself had stained carpeting and was musty - there was no fan in the bathroom. The room did not contain a microwave, tissues, or a clock. This location was recommended by a family member who had stayed there several times. They were disappointed and embarrassed to hear that the property is no longer what it was.

The air conditioning unit was blowing warm air, basically just a fan. Not very easy to sleep in that warm weather. The water has 2 settings, hot or cold, there is no warm, so the shower was not pleasant. I chose this hotel for the low price, just a place to sleep and get a shower in the morning, it delivered on neither. The positive was the staff, they were phenomenal.

Property is being renovated. Our room was newly renovated.

The amenities were outdated and didnt work properly(Water heater, air conditioning, screens and curtains were ripped, parking lot needed repaving, no maid service, no room service, ice machines broken)

Bettee communication about property we were at lobby being closed and leaving our keys in a mailbox that anyone could have grabbed.

Do you ever check out these propeties? Other than GM and Billy, it was very rundown. Potholes in parking lot. I would not stay here again and suggest you remove this property from your site

Quiet, peaceful, cozy. A great place to spend the night.

Our room was about 100mtrs down the road from office and dining room. Breakfast was a bit limited.

I have stayed here before

There's lots of stains in the room, the chair was super stained and dirty wouldn't even put my bag on it. Odd stains on the sheets, had to use my personal blankets to sleep on the bed

Have to call for everything no one in office. Called for check in. Also for breakfast no one came to open so we just left so don't count on breakfast.

Don’t let the parking areas define your opinion of the facility. The room was clean and had amenities that are usually found only in high end facilities. A bathroom heater, iron and ironing board and a refrigerator!

There was no one there had to stay at another hotel

nice room, nonworking TV, no front desk on the property, no breakfast as advertised, door sticks and has to be forced open after the light turns green(rm 105)
