Circulation of ac was nice. Location was nice. Toilet was cracked and leaked every time we flushed

Very much appreciate the friendly front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance staff. It would've been a better stay had the cabinets and closet doors are not broken.

Ethan was most helpful. The staff was very patient. It was a crazy, busy time. I loved the hotel. My son & his family stayed here last year.

This was the most disgustingly hotel I have ever stayed in. Stains on walls, dirty floors, old, outdated and smelled. The photos are outdated and not accurate.

Good location

The stovetop was filthy, windows were dirty, carpet was dirty and sheet was stained. There were no pots and pans and had only 2 spoons in silverware tray.

少々部屋が狭く、スーツケースを全開するにはギリギリでした。 セーフティボックスが反応しなかった。（利用しなくても安全でしたが） コーヒーとアイスティはフロント前に朝から夕方まで用意されている。 毎朝、利用券と引換でスナックパック（ポテトチップス、シリアルバー2本、缶ジュース2缶）が貰える。

The place is located centrally, which is great. The beds had bed bugs

I wish this would let me write more but issues that arose from this location included, high fees, insects, general dirtiness. Good Location Though.

The staff were friendly and helpful. However, I found a cockroach in my room. I asked to change rooms, and the staff let me change, which was good. But during my stay, the air conditioning was broken in the whole building. They didn’t offer any discount for this problem. The next morning, the elevators were not working in the whole building, and nobody told us in advance. Overall, the service was nice, but the hotel needs to improve its maintenance and communication.

This hotel is outdated, smells old, and room had cigarette smell as well. Customer service was great but would not recommend anyone to stay here.

When you make a reservation it’s says “parking available” but you have to pay $45 per day or good luck to find park close by on the busiest part of Waikiki. I got a ticket to park too close to a drive way and the ticket was cheaper than parking at hotel.

A/C was down on day (2) for (5) Nights ???
