The room had what we needed...small kitchen, table & chairs to eat at, two beds, etc. However, when we checked in, the shower gel bottle was empty, no hand soap at bathroom sink, and no shower curtain for the shower! All was corrected when we brought it to their attention, and it would have been an okay stay. Until we discovered we were charged TWICE for the stay. We were unable to get a receipt from the front desk when we checked out, so we didn't realize there were two charges until arriving home and looking at our account online. The first charge was made the day BEFORE our arrival, the second the day of. When we questioned why they needed our credit card again at check-in, they said it was for "incidentals." But they actually charged for the room again. These are not pending charges, they have posted.

While we were checking in a guy came up and said they gave him a room that had someone in it. Next morning they did the same thing to us. Got woke up by someone trying to come in the room. Then desk called me to come up there because they couldn’t find my reservation. Took them few minutes to find that somehow it had been canceled after I checked in. Went to go back to room and they had deactivated my card. Needless to say I will not ever stay there again. I don’t recommend it unless you want someone to try to get into your room.

One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. Very unsafe and dirty.

Hotel was surprisingly quiet as it backs up to the highway. Room was clean and a good size.

We loved our stay. The room was clean and comfortable. That we can bring our big dog was also wonderful since so many hotels now only let you have little dogs. We also like that we had the option for cooking and that it had a full size refrigerator.

Professional and courteous

Our first time in a MyPlace hotel. Very clean and comfortable. The gentleman who checked us in was quite pleasant and explained everything available. The laundry area was clean and up to date. Would stay here again.

Within 5 minutes of being in our room we realized the toilet was running. We told the front desk and she said "ugh" and rolled her eyes. Nothing was ever done about this so we listened to it go off roughly every 10 minutes. The shower drain wouldnt stay open at first and the shower was not very clean. Overall I was not impressed with hotel staff or cleanliness of the hotel.

When we were checking in a guy came back and said they gave him a room that already had someone in it. The next morning we had someone trying to get into our room because they checked someone into our room. Didn’t appreciate someone trying to come into our room. They called to ask the name for our reservation. Then had to go down to desk because they needed me to come down. Their system canceled my reservation then had to go back down because they deactivated my key card. I don’t recommend this place to anyone. They have no clue what they are doing!

Everything about the hotel was top notch except for the comfort level of the beds. I liked everything else about the room and experience but I didn’t wake up feeling well rested because I was tired and I had no energy. The beds were so hard and I sleep on my side which was so hard on my shoulders.

Our bathroom was dirty. The shower curtain was rusted and dirty. The room had a bad odor and the carpet was dirty.

Hotel was clean, and ready when expected

Nice room with easy checkin. Room clean and comfortable and everything worked. Staff friendly.

Noisy neighbors loudly bumping furniture or other items into the wall disturbed us often. Did not sleep well with all the slamming of doors during the night waking us up. No body wash or shampoo for a shower. The containers were empty, not good for a four night stay. The dog potty area had many sticker weeds not good.

Amazing price compared to other nearby hotels and it was very clean and pet friendly. The bed was excellent and we loved the decor with big beautiful printed photos of local landmarks in our room. They must customize the art in each hotel by the location it’s in, which is a nice touch. Just a short drive to local attractions like Mt. Rushmore. No breakfast, but they told us that’s how they keep the prices lower, which was fine with us! Would stay at an My Place Hotel again in a heart beat!

Great place

Place is convenient, room is spacious. I like it has a small kitchen and a full size refrigerator in room. My problem is the bed is too soft, it makes noises when you turned every time during the night.

What a NICE place for staying during a business trip! I'll be back. Had al the amenities I needed! Great value.
