Very well received at any time. The rooms is spacious and well maintained. Received a basket of fresh fruits as welcome gift. The amenities are full availability. I love it. The breakfast is totally wonderful. I will come back definitely

This was a slightly unusual stay as I stayed one night, then left for Aksu-Zhabagly National Park for a couple of days, then back for one night. Still, both nights were great. The rooms were very clean, the front desk personnel were very helpful, and the location of the hotel was central, though still a longish walk to the historic center of Shymkent. Also, the price was very good for the quality of the stay. Another plus is that two of the top five restaurants in Shymkent are inside the hotel and both are also used for the complementary breakfast. I had only two small issues. The second night, my room did not face the front of the hotel and there was some noise from the street, though not so much that I could not sleep. The other issue was that the staff at the Kazakhasia Restaurant need to be more discrete in telling guests that the restaurant Olivia is also available for breakfast rather than with the line "this restaurant is reserved for important people" ...

It is located in the downtown, so it is easy to access to restaurants and shopping malls. And the staffs in the hotel is very kind.

good hotel and good location for business

Hersey güzeldi . gayet memnun kaldım , ancak karaokede bozuk bira verildi ve bu asls ksbullenemeyeceğim birşeydi. Saolsun personel değiştirdi , ancak önceden önlem alınmalıydı.

Schönes Hotel mit sehr gutem Frühstück und ganz tollem Spa! Einziger, klitzekleiner Kritikpunkt: es gibt zwar eine Espressomaschine im Zimmer, aber keinen Wasserkocher und Tee.

The decor and ambience, the friendly staff were excellent. Only negative was that the musics was too loud.

Very nice hotel, the best in the area. Nothing to have to complain!

Amazing facilities, good restaurants, spa, saunas and pool facilities have the same standards like any 5 stars resort hotel in Turkey. I will definitely come back.

4월에도 숙박했는데 쉼켄트 갈 때엔 고민없이 이곳을 선택합니다. 편안하고 깨끗한 침구덕분에 편안히 쉬다 왔네요

Très bien situé, le spa est excellent. Par contre pas le niveau d’un 5* quelques dysfonctionnement avec le personnel et surtout gros problème : pas de clim “froide” dans la chambre, seulement du chauffage en cette période. Réponse de la réception : vous pouvez ouvrir la fenêtre ! Le petit déjeuner est fantastique :-)

This hotel is very beautiful and clean. Every eployees were kind and breakfast was delicious, too. I'd like to stay at this hotel again. :-)
