Clean room, friendly staff, shops nearby.

Ho prenotato 2 camere matrimoniali per il 1 giugno scorso: Camere indecenti, polvere ovunque, poltrone macchiate, materasso da profughi, gatti di polvere sotto al letto e docce sporche. Ho chiesto alla referente della struttura, signora Maria Rita di presentarsi in struttura al mattino prima del check out in modo da poter verificare di persona le condizioni delle camere, ma naturalmente non si è presentata. La mia scelta su questa struttura era stata motivata anche dalle recensioni presenti (9,2) ma onestamente non comprendo come possano essere motivate. Sconsiglio vivamente questa struttura, sporca, scomoda da raggiungere e con assistenza inesistente

Echt een aanrader! Hoge kwaliteit traditioneel huisje met veel marmer en hout meubels, simpel maar toch comfortable bed, adembenemend uitzicht op zee en de beroemde Vallei dei Templi, ook rustig straatje naast centraal via Athene waar meteen de beste terras met prachtig gelijk uitzicht met beste Sicilians te eten biedt. Aardig personeel, schone kamer, winkels en restauranrs allemaal in buurt en ook gezinsvriendelijk, kamer opties met 3e bed, etc. Top!

Alloggio della Posta Vecchia has a lot of charm, but it comes with a few challenges. The townhouse itself is lovely and well decorated, and our room was beautiful—full of character and very inviting. The web photos are just as it really looks. The surrounding area is lively, with plenty of shops and restaurants within easy walking distance. However, getting there was tricky. The streets are narrow and the area busy, making it hard to find. Our host directed us, but the language barrier meant we didn’t fully understand the instructions. Also, be prepared for lots of stairs and uphill walking, so this is not a good choice for anyone with mobility issues. In short: gorgeous and atmospheric, but best for agile travelers who don’t mind a bit of a search to find it.

It was a very quirky and clean room in the building and the owner did her best to help with any issues. The location was great too.

Parking is difficult to find. Very steep areas not good with people with monility issues

Free Parking area it’s very difficulty with luggage to reach the property. at night you cannot find any space and I would not recommend to walk thru there, unsafe area. Room very spacious, perfect for 3 people, although In need of some minor repairs, front door handle, loose tiles….

Parcheggiare difficile, lontano dal locale, difficile da raggiungere.

We had a delightful stay at this beautiful facility while we visited Agrigento. The location is conveniently right in the middle of the main strip with historical buildings, shopping and restaurants in all four directions. The rooms were spacious, clean and well furnished. Communications were exemplary, from clear directions for parking and arriving, to an array of information on local activities. Overall, an excellent stay worth revisiting.

Very nice hostess.

Generally a lovely place. Located behind the main street, many restaurants and shops close by. We thought breakfast was incl but it was not. There was a lovely bakery relatively near by, so it was not a problem. It is 45min walk to the valley of temples, since the hotel is located in the city. We had considered taking the car, however due to the extremely full parking lot (which we had already paid to stay in over night), we did not want to risk losing the spot. I advice, if you are by car, arrive as early as possible in the morning to secure a spot. For food, there is a restaurant nearby (the name something with opera), that had a lovely view over the temple of valley. The food was absolutely amazing.

We loved our stay here! Our room was very spacious (even for 2 adults and 2 children!), with beautiful views. We loved the location, just off a street with lots of restaurants and shops, but still surprisingly quiet. Our hostess made the check in process very easy. There is a short walk from the parking lot, but it is inexpensive and easy (we paid 3€ to park overnight). We would stay here again!

Had a very good stay and staff was very helpful in all matters. Property was very clean and well kept. Location near city historic center is very good but at the same time somewhat complicated if you are driving due to parking restrictions, especially if you have luggage to unload and load.

La stanza era molto grande e pulita. La struttura si trova in un edificio storico molto caratteristico e ben tenuto. Non c'è l'ascensore, ma le scale sono comode. La vista dalla nostra stanza era spettacolare, si trovava al primo piano ma data la conformazione della città si affacciava sulla valle. La proprietaria molto gentile e disponibile. Non è possibile parcheggiare sotto l'alloggio ma a breve distanza (5-10 minuti a piedi) c'è un parcheggio grande a pagamento, molto economico (gratis la notte).

Merveilleux séjour avec un très bon acceuil et très bonne réactivité de la propriétaire. Excellente indication pour se garer car ce n’est pas facile a Agrigente : le parking près des carabinieri n’est pas cher : 2€ la nuit. Le logement est à proximité de la rue principale du centre historique mais il est hyper calme. Très bon confort et plafond de rêve. Pas de petit déjeuner mais café, thé et gâteaux sont à disposition. Bref, c’était parfait.
