The staff was extremely friendly. Place was super clean and I felt safe walking to and from my car at night.

Could not adjust the room air conditioning to a comfortable temperature.In franne , front desk said there was nothing they could do about it. Otherwise everything was just fine.

When we walked in there were conditioner and soap dispensers from the bathroom dropped as soon as we opened the door. The room was hot and humid, which had to do with the current weather conditions, but it would have been nice to have somewhat room temperature as you walked in and not have to wait for an hour for the room to cool off. Then mattress sheets had some stains as we uncover the bed comforter. Other than that, beds were comfortable.

The stay was amazing the mattresses were to very comfortable. The breakfast was not that good. Limited options.

Ms.Rachel was amazing at check in. We mentioned going to the hot tub and after check in she went and got the jets started and sat towels out for us. She was very informative on questions we had as well. Very bubbly personality. Room was large. And the bed was very soft and inviting. Our shower head had great pressure. Breakfast was a good hot breakfast choice. Wish they would have had bacon. Very good neighborhood and quiet.

It was a nice Hotel. Great breakfast the only issue was the elevator stopped working and when we checked out we were told we would receive a 20% discount, but never received it. Don’t tell me you’re going to do something then not. If they never said anything it wouldn’t be an issue. Overall it’s a nice place

We had a great weekend visiting our son at SFA. It’s a quick 25 minute drive to Nac. The staff was great and the room comfortable.

The staff was welcoming, rooms were very clean, large and comfortable! Property is nice, conveniently located and quiet!

Our stay was great. Short trip for family reasons and the hotel made it better. Very clean! Night clerk was the best. Friendly and helpful.

Clean and pool was very nice

This is our 3rd time staying here. Absolutely love everything about it. We had more than enough towels for my family of 5 without having to ask.

The manager was rude and very judgmental and i guess he thinks because u use Uber from down the street your broke and can’t afford to stay at his establishment

Nice and clean

The place looks new . The staff is friendly. The room is clean and good sized. The breakfast included is nice.

Friendly staff. Clean room and common area. Comfortable bed, but plan exercise off site. The treadmill was out of order and the elliptical was missing an arm. There is no where to run outdoors safely close.

It was in a good area and close to where we needed to be.

Bathroom was a little dirty upon check in. Very quiet area and felt safe. Staff was very friendly. Would've been nice to see a little variety in the breakfast options (maybe healthier options as well). Overall this is a go too spot when staying in Lufkin.
