Chambre propre , personnel accueillant, petit déjeuner complet

Tou était parfait, le petit déjeuner etait bon et copieux. Seul reproche à faire et qui n’est pas dû à l’hotel lui même mais à hôtel.com : les numéros de réservation donnés par le site sont incompatibles avec la borne à l’entrée de l’hôtel. Résultat quand vous arrivez là nuit impossible d'obtenir l'accès à votre chambre. Heureusement il y a un bouton d'appel sur la borne et la personne du B&B a pu me donner le bon code...

Très bien, mais le personnel gagne à être plus aimable.

C était très bien. Juste un bémol concernant le bac à douche qui était très mal disposé et pas adapté pour une personne avec un petit handicap.

It was hot and ac wasn’t working. Staff mentioned that aren’t turning on AC till certain period of the year.

La chambre a été louée deux fois avec le même code d'accès. Un client a essayé d'entrer à 23h30 mais le verrou était mis. On a discuté et il avait un papier avec mon numéro de chambre et le même code pour entrer que moi.

Het is een basis hotel, maar wel proper en alles wat je nodig hebt om een nachtje te slapen is aanwezig. Ik had vragen via mail, steeds zeer snel op geantwoord door het personeel. Bij het ontbijt was het aanbod niet groot, maar toch spek en ei, en zeer lekkere chocoladekoeken en croissants. Voor de prijs die ik heb betaald meer dan tevreden. De kamer voor 4 was ook voldoende ruim om een nacht te slapen. Ik las reviews van mensen die de kamer veel te klein vonden. Wat denken die voor die prijs? Hotel is aan te bevelen, en we verblijven jaarlijks in heel wat hotels, sommige 3 sterren hotels zijn minder goed dan dit hotel…

Room was very clean. Cleaner than some more expensive hotels I have stayed in. We only saw two staff, a security guard and the lady at breakfast- she also appeared to cover reception and cleaning duties and restocking the breakfast bar. She was lovey & a very hard worker. The downside & reason I cannot give 5 star is the check-in service after hours is by machine. It was not working for the family in front of us, it was very cold out. It was clear they had a reservation to us, and the guard could have let the child at least, wait inside. He seemed to help them at the beginning and then he gave up and went back inside himself to the warmth. They did get through to customer support via the machine call button but it took way to long for their issue to be resolved and people were waiting in the cold behind. The machine needs to be indoors if there is going to be issues with it. We were all lucky it was not raining. They were at least 30 minutes out there. Thankfully we eventually figured out how to checkin online while we waited. The rooms are small enough but most places in Paris are. They had everything we needed and the beds were comfortable. Would stay again, but would make sure I am checked in online first.

Impossible de sortir le papier de la borne à minuit pr connaitre notre chambre...plus de papier ! Un cafouillage sur le prix du petit dejeuner ! Pourquoi avoir réglé 55.80€ le 13 février . Et avoir reçu la facture de B&B de 50,78 €. Quel intérêt de réserver sur Hotel.com ?

Chambre impeccable, personnel très accueillant. Juste une incompréhension sur le numéro de réservation qui a compliqué le check in à la borne.

Très bon hôtel pour une étape avant un vol tôt le matin à l'aéroport de Beauvais

Bruit la nuit, chambre peu propre, personnel peu courtois mais convenable pour une nuit. La télécommande pour la télévision était extrêmement sale, ainsi que le sol, contour du lit, rebords, tête de lit etc.

Checking in after hours was quite difficult using the hotels.com they didn’t prepare the correct booking information which therefore was a problem on the screen after hours. Luckily the call centre helped out but it was a lot of stress and worry so late at night. The room was basic, a kettle and more cups would have been nice. Also the option to have extra pillows would be useful. The bunk rooms are really good, giving you privacy as a couple when sharing with your family but equally knowing they are safe.
