Lovely location,5 minutes walk from the train station. Polite and friendly staff, good food options and nice cosy room

Nice sea view from sea-facing rooms. There was scaffolding, which obscured the view of some of the inland-facing rooms. Pool / sauna are great. Pool has a shallow area sectioned off for kids. There's a small gym too. Many car park spaces were infinged by excess vegetation or skip. A couple of spaces not really accessible due to the center of a 'mini roundabout'. Two EV chargers available via some app (didn't use them).

10 min walk away from Falmouth. Beach only 10 min walk away which has improved facilities since I last visited. Great quality service, breakfast reallly spot on.

Was a very comfortable and extremely well kept and maintained property. Dining facility was excellent and despite the food restrictions we had the kitchen served a lovely dinner and an excellent choice for breakfast. A short trip in the midst of Storm Bert. Will return during summer

Lovely relaxed hotel, with great breakfast. The pool/spa are a real bonus, which we enjoyed enormously.

Fifth stay at the duchy, as always first class, as always lovely welcomefrom James on the door, hotel I excellent shape, and location is fabulous.

Staff were all very friendly and courteous. Special call out to Ian, the night manager, who was particularly engaging.
