I booked two double rooms for a total of 5 adults. When checked in, they only had one double room and they assigned me a single room. I asked to cancel my booking and they said I needed to contact Expedia. My sister and her daughters decided to leave. The rooms looked super outdated, AC was not working. There was no heater, the temperature was cold and to shower there was no hot water. Terrible place to stay.

Room was ok. Location just about right. Water pressure and temperature also on point Great place for its price range. There’s a public parking around the corner also.

Parking on sight, walkable neighborhood near San Ysidro walking border, staff uses translator app to communicate, fee coffee, cheaper rooms have no ac but ceiling fans, youtube on TV, cable, super market 2 doors away, all staff super nice. Uber at border is actually a mile away from immigration. Only cabs for cash. Very clean, new upgraded tile in bathroom

I would spend the extra $20 for a better room in another hotel

Excelente servicio y las instalaciones limpias, la cama estaba cómoda, las sábanas limpias, hay agua caliente y jabón, además la zona es muy buena para turistas

Buscabamos un lugar para llegar a dormir y nos quedo perfecto, buena ubicación y estacionamiento en la noche. El unico inconveniente fue que se sentia arena en la regadera pero en general fue una buena experiencia.
