Zimmer zwar gross aber leider nicht dunkel in der Nacht. Frühstück ok aber nicht übermäßig!! Personal überfordert beim reinigen

Das Personal war sehr bemüht, extrem freundlich. Das Hotel ist mehr zwei als vier Sterne. Mehr Ibis, sehr sterile Zimmer. das Restaurant und Frühstück Substandard. Spargel wurde mit zerronnener Hollandaise servierte !!!! Grausam. Das Frühstück wollte man nicht konsumieren. Man flüchtete extern..Das Personal ist sehr nett, es fehlt klar an einem gutem Management…

Rent og fint rom. God frokost og sentral og avslappende beliggenhet nært Innsbruck. Imøtekommende og hyggelig personale.

Courteous staff, easy parking for just 10€ more. Great location, free to use spa downstairs. No laundry facilities, despite what the description said

Schone kamer vriendelijk personeel

Wow, we stayed in the glass house on the 7th floor (superior room) and what an experience. The view was stunning, room spacious with lovely comfy bed. We didn’t use the spa but were able to see it and we will definitely come again to use the spa too, it is not classed as wellness hotel but has so much better spa than any other spa hotel I have seen. Only open few hours in evening though. Breakfast was lovely and the lady at the reception was so helpful. I booked the room last minute as Innsbruck town centre was fully booked and I am pleased it was as no way we would stay in such a lovely hotel otherwise.

Grei beliggenhet, bra med parkering g i p hus. Enkel restaurant men god mat og hyggelig betjening. Litt enkel frokost, og litt simple rom men helt ok. Kort avstand til Swarovski fabrikken i Wattens.

Der var ingen varme på værelset, badeværelset virkede fugtigt på grund af manglende opvarmning. Værelset var godt med en pragtfuld udsigt. På grund af den manglende opvarmning blev total oplevelsen mindre god.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff were really friendly and welcoming. I loved how close it was to transit and was within walking distance of restaurants and shopping. I did find the tub/shower combination a little challenging at first but once I figured it out I didn't end up with a puddle on the floor.

We stayed 5 nights in this hotel. Our initial experience was less than ideal: we were being accommodated in their older building, on the first floor just above the restaurant where the DJ, music, and loud guests guaranteed a good level of noise until 11:45pm the first night. When we complained about that, the management was super helpful, moving us for the remaining 4 nights to an upper floor in the newer circular building facing the other direction (with a wonderful view to the mountains). This room was much more modern. We used the hotel sauna twice - basically a full modern spa department just for the two of us; apparently the other guests didnt’t think sauna is a good idea during summertime, but coming from Finland, we know better. Parking was easy in the garage, if not cheap. Breakfasts are plenty and good quality. My score of 5/5 is based on our overall experience and certainly the very helpful service from the management. Thanks for making our visit pleasant and memorable!
