The exterior is definitely run down but the rooms are clean, a/c was very cold, shower was hot, and beds were comfortable. For the price of $70 you really can't complain. I recommend if you're on a budget.

Staff great. Old motel that the owner has tried to keep nice inside. Outside needs to be remodeled. Pool out of order. Clerk said they want to remodel but need more business or more money.

I’m kind

My experience was a great disappointment. For what was paid was horrible my room smelled like dog had patch work on the walls and ceiling. I went expecting a pool and NO pool. Towels were so old and dirty looking no shampoo.

There were drips in the wall that kept me up. The room was in very old poor condition. I left a day early and they refused to refund anything at all, even my pet deposit. The toilet seat was very loose. The sink had a foul odor when in use. The a/c unit was extremely loud and rattled. The towels were oily feeling. Felt overcharged even at a cheap motel. Pay the 25$ for the nicer hotels in the area. I do not recommend this place.

Convenient and quiet.

Mostly decent little place. My visit was very random and last minute. Had to disconnect smoke alarm, as battery was low and chirping the moment i walked in. That wasn't the only thing chirping - they have an issue with crickets around there, some of which manage to sneak inside. Otherwise, fairly decent spot to get off the road and catch some rest.

It is an old motel but is kept incredibly clean and the staff was very nice. If you need a quiet, clean place to sleep for a night or two, this is perfect. Single woman, traveling alone if that makes a difference. If you are looking for amenities, there aren’t many but I would stay here again with zero hesitation.

Literally stayed only an hour. The fridge was absolutely disgusting, mold and debris. Dead Roaches smached on the walls. Spit on the walls. The water smelled like sewage. The air conditioning unit has mold throughout the vents. Easily the most disgusting place I have ever had the displeasure of staying. Would never recommend this place under any circumstance. Its a marvel its not shut down for lack of cleanliness.

Convenient location right off I-10 in Flatonia. Room was adequate but was definitely a "smoking" room when we had requested a non-smoking room. We turned on the AC to mitigate the issue but still came home with clothes smelling like cigarettes. Given that there were many empty rooms wondered what they consider non-smoking. Probably would stay somewhere else next time in the area.
